Description of Work: "The best ever company. It was a horrible, rainy, Friday night at 5 pm traffic when we called them for help. My neighbor was caring for our dogs in my absence. They discovered a toilet water line had broken flooding our entire home under 3 inches of water. I called DRYMORE and they came out quickly. They were very professional. They knew what to do to dry out our home. They were our knights in shining armor when they drove up in their yellow truck. DRYMORE to the rescue. After extracting as much water as possible, they carefully positioned numerous fans to help take out the moisture. They removed baseboards and put drain holes in the lower drywall to allow the fans access to water that could cause mold if not properly dried out. They told us exactly what steps our insurance company required for them to take to insure our home was restored properly. They monitored the moisture levels over the next few days until the levels were good enough to remove the fans. They filed the claim with our insurance company. No money was exchanged that night. Description of Work: I was very frustrated with a slow draining sink in my master bath and called Clean Team Plumbing for service. The appointment was made with Brad without having a long wait. Drain was cleared and running in no time.

Description of Work: We recently (2013) needed complete replacement of old, rambling and well cemented-in galvanized plumbing, in from the early 1950s. Clean Team Plumbing, their owner and their employees are extraordinarily good. The initial walk though is comprehensive. The planning is meticulous. The quality of work, level of knowledge and expertise, price, work ethic, politeness, speed, and attention to detail are superb.

Description of Work: Our home is 30 plus years old and had been built with galvanized pipe plumbing. Over the years the pipes had begun to corrode from the inside out causing more and more pin hole leaks throughout. Clean Team came out and did a complete re-pipe of our home.

Description of Work: The proposal included the re-piping of all of our hot and cold water lines using the PEX water piping by Uponor. We have a two story home built in 1985 that had the galvanized pipes. Our home is a 3.5 bath, 4 bedroom, gameroom with a wet bar area. There are 4 outside faucets. To start off with, Clean Team Plumbing came in and started running the PEX piping through the attic. They then identified the number of sheetrock openings they would need to efficiently pull the piping to all of the various inside faucets, sinks and toilets. The total number of openings for our house was 10 openings in the sheetrock each approximately 1 foot square. Some smaller but none larger. All of this was done while the water supply was still on. It took them 2+ days to cut all the appropriate openings, run the piping and get everything ready to connect to the water supply. The morning of day 4, they shut off the water supply and made up all the connections. This process included the replacement of all supply lines that extend the PEX system through each wall and the replacement of ALL shut-off valves for every pipe. The shut-off valves to each faucet was also new flex hoses. This entire process took the majority of the day to make all the connections and test the system for any leaks. On the exterior, they also ran the PEX piping to all four faucets and replaced the faucets with new quality faucets. During the pressure testing of the connection, there were no leaks and we had water back on that afternoon before they left for the day. They came back the next day to tidy everything up, adhere water lines in the ceiling and walls to studs to prevent the pipes from moving as water is turned on and off and walk us through what was done. During this process, our price included them replacing the hot water tank also. It was not very old but since we were going to a totally clean and new water line system, we though it best to replace the hot water tank and eliminate sending the rust and build-up generated by the galvanized that resided in the hot water tank into our new lines, valves and faucets. Just something to think about. When the job was completed, we had the option of the Clean Team patching and painting the sheet rock but since we had other work being done that needed sheetrock repair, we did not have them do the repair. I will say that it took one person less than a day to patch, mud and tape the openings and the next day to sand and paint the walls and ceilings. You would never know that we had the pipes replaced unless you were here during the process. After they had left, we discovered a faint sound of one of the pipes knocking against a stud and called the Clean Team to have them come out and remedy. They were there the next day. They had to cut one more small opening to allow them to fasten the water line down at the appropriate stud. They then repaired that opening,mud and taped and the opening was ready to paint. During the entire process, they maintained a very clean workplace and minimized the number of openings they needed to run the pipe and make all the connections. My wife was home everyday during the process and she felt very comfortable with the entire crew. They never made her feel uneasy or feel like she was interrupting them with her questions. Over-all, this was a very clean process and the Clean Team was very professional with their services. I would highly recommend them. Since the work has been completed, we are glad we took this route to replace our pipes. With other processes, after the work is done, you still have galvanized pipes. We will never have to worry about the periodic brown tinted water from the buildup in the lines. Clean Team Plumbing provided us with a positive outcome, and we would highly recommend their company.

Description of Work: Relocated gas line for stove, fixed water pressure in shower, installed apron sit on top sink in kitchen, add water lines to new laundry room, add water line to fridge surround. They can do ANYTHING!
