Owner estimated the re-pipe project soon after first call. Estimate trip was pushed due to personal reasons. Three day job was extended to a four day job. House was re-piped with flexible hose with 25 year warranty on material. Ten year warranty on the water heater. Technicians were re-pipe specialist that took a lot of time leaving the house in good shape. Sheetrock holes and tile were intact and ready for easy repair. Water was available each night. Technicians cleaned up after each days work.

The job was scheduled for first available time slot- which was seven weeks after the estimate. Four days prior to starting the job I got a call saying they were running behind and could I reschedule for ten days later- which I did. Simultaneously we re-modeled our master bath so the walls in the bath were removed and the room was down to the studs. Two guys came to do the job. They came when they said that they would and were polite and helpful. Upon completion of the job, Brad (the company owner) came to inspect and told me "everything looks good...we are done...you got a really good deal on this job ...my guy underestimated the job and it should have cost you thousands more....". REALLY???? This is not my problem!!! I later noted that the L-shaped pipes to the shower and faucet had not been replaced (I could easily see this as the walls were removed). I called Brad and he said "they are fine...it will be done when the guys return to install shower fixtures". We went ahead and dry-walled and tiled the bath (as Brad suggested). Clean Team guys came to install the fixtures. We turned on the shower and had rusty water. I called Brad and he said that the guys would return to change out the pipes that attach to the fixtures. They did so and we still had rusty water (the bends had still not been replaced). The workers returned again another day and scrubbed the inside of the pipes- which made the rust worse. Finally, Brad asked that we have our tile contractor come remove the tile and hardy board so that they could get at the pipes (that they hadn't changed out in the beginning). He agreed to pay for the removal and new tile install. Jan 19th we sent him a copy of the bill from the tile installer. It took multiple prompts to receive payment on February 27th. Two weeks after completing the work, we had a major link of our new pipes under our kitchen sink. It was four days before Clean Team had availability to come repair the leak. This "one day job" (from the initial estimate until payment) has dragged on nearly five months.
Description of Work: Re-piped entire house- including outside faucets. Installed bath fixtures and new toilet.

Brad, the owner came out and gave us a complete assessment and estimate after an emergency with an attic supply pipe had burst. We had galvanized pipe in our 1958 built home and learned from Clean Team and other estimators that it was time to repipe the entire home. We were very impressed with his level of customer service and understanding of the scope of the work we needed. His estimate was good but another provider had some additional incentives that were very attractive to us. We notified Clean Team that we selected another provider and thanked them. He asked if we would review the selected provider estimate with us, and agreed to match the offers to establish a life time relationship. We had already been impressed that he had excellent reviews on Angie's List and thought this had set their company above the others. Brad scheduled us right away, the Monday prior to Christmas. We understood the process would take up to 4 days for plumbing and sheet rock repair would commence after the plumbing was complete. Instead, Brad shifted work crews to our property and completed the job in one day with only additional work the following day. We were very impressed that we were able to return our home to a clean, holiday ready state for our family and friends. We think Brad and his Clean Team went above and beyond the call of duty to complete our work and we are very grateful. Time will tell how the work holds up, but we have no doubts or concerns about this. We would recommend Clean Team and their owner, Brad to anyone.

Brad the owner arrived on schedule & gave me a quick overview of the whole house re-pipe process & how I should prepare for it. Then we walked the house as Brad explained to me where his crew would access the pipes & areas where sheet rock would need to be removed. He assured me his crew would tape, float, & mud all sheet rock repairs, & they would protect the floors & areas where they would be working. He said the whole process would take 4 days, & I would be without water for only one day. The re-pipe went smoothly, & the crew that came out was super. They arrived around 9am each day, & when they left each day there were no messes. Communication was great, & I felt OK asking Carlos some questions which he took the time to answer. Carlos & his team finished in 3 days instead of 4! I highly recommend Brad & Clean Team Plumbing. Brad runs his company efficiently & clearly has high expectations for himself, his men, & their work. I plan to continue using Clean Team Plumbing

We have a 1977 home that has leaked multiple times in the last 4 years (our neighbors have the same problems) and we decided to re-pipe the entire house to avoid a major leak that we had thus far escaped, and to quit shelling out $1,000-$1,500 per leak and sheetrock repair. Brad came out and was on time and very professional to give me an estimate. He was the third quote we'd had in about a year and he came in the middle but was by far the one that seemed to be the best at doing this. I was so happy to know that they wouldn't have to rip out the old pipe but could just put in new Pex piping. They even have their own sheetrock specialist to cover all of the unavoidable holes. Basically in three days they had everything completed. The job did take a day longer than estimated but for what they had to do I'm not surprised. The team was great and worked really hard. When they took out the old hot water heater (from our very cramped attic) they accidentally busted some a/c wiring. When I told Brad about it the next day he sent me a check to cover the cost immediately. Can't be more pleased with the entire process and I'm happy to say that even though everyone was nice- I won't have to call a plumber again for leaking pipes!

Brad, the owner, first came out to the house to take a look around and give me an estimate. He had to reschedule twice before he finally showed up, so initially I wasn't too sure about using them. Once he did finally come to the house, I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He was very thorough, much more thorough than any of the other companies that came out. He walked around the interior and exterior and explained everything that would need to be done, including rerouting one of the exterior faucets. One of my main concerns with the repiping was the original 1950s tile in the bathroom. The other companies who gave me estimates said that they would have to cut into the tiles to get to the pipes. Brad assured me that his team could go in through my cabinets in the kitchen, leaving only a small hole that could easily be patched so that my vintage tiles could be left undisturbed. I was very pleased with this solution. The day the work was to begin, Brad and his team showed up on time and began working while I headed into the office. When I got home, they were still working, but by the end of the day, they had finished the repipe. I was a little stressed because there were still a few loose ends to be tied up, but overall they bulk of the work was done in one day which was quite impressive. They came back the next day to repair the sheetrock and fix a leak in the toilet that had been caused by moving it a bit while replacing the pipes. Overall, I was very happy with the work they did, and I have already recommended them to my friends.
Description of Work: Brad and his team repiped my whole house, fixed my leaky kitchen faucet, and replaced the hot water heater. They also had someone come out and repair the sheetrock where they had to cut holes in the wall.

The employees did an excellent job and worked very hard and the repipe in May was completed over 1 1/2 days. The owner Brad had to go and get a valve for the downstairs bathtub and included it in the price. (The house was made in 1978 and has some areas that are constructed differently than new houses) William noticed that the upstairs showerhead was spraying water and repaired it as well. A new toilet was installed as well as repiping the whole house and replacing the valves and supply lines. Employees were very polite (Chris, William, Lazarius ?) I've had numerous plumbers over the last few years for different issues, such as leaky faucets, running toilets, etc., and this is the first plumbing company that I've dealt with that I felt was honest, did an excellent job, and didn't try to overcharge me. I will highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: In March, a leak in the pipes in the upstairs bathroom wall was repaired by repiping from the water heater in the attic to the bottom of the upstairs bathroom, and a new shut off valve was installed outside for a total of $1500. Then on May 9 and 10 the rest of the house was repiped for $5500; in addition a new toilet was installed as part of the price.

Tried to get them to put what the price covered in writing. Evidently they do not like a contract with the details of the work tone done. I do not do business on a job of this magnitude without a written agreement. Asked for it many times to no avail. Brad and his crew are incredible! They did exactly what they said they would do, how they would do it and when they would do it. They were very professional, knowlegible and efficient. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and removed all debris. You could not have asked for more but that what they did....give more! When one of the shower fixtures, I had purchased, for one bath room did not function properly, Brad tried everything that he could to make it work and then ended up purchasing a replacement part so that it would work properly. All without additonal charge! We did our due deligence on the re-pipe process and got estmates from some of the local big name companies (one of which has lousy reviews as it turned out) but Clean Team was well represented by Bard and his knowledge and interest in doing a good job won us over. His price was very competitive as well but we were really looking for the best fit and job. A month has passed since the job was done and there have been absolutely no problems and the water pressure is fantastic. We never had this kind of pressure and quite pipes in the 36 years we have lived in this house. If you live in the Houston area and are thinking about re-piping your house or any other plumbing work, don't waste time and call Brad (the owner) at Clean Team Plumbing. You will be pleasently pleased and satisfied. JMA

So glad we went with Clean Team! Fast, efficient, and the lowest price whole house repipe using the best Pex A fittings. Brad is great--totally knows his stuff, and his plumbing team is so wonderfully polite, clean and reliable. We are so glad we replaced our corroded galvanized pipes with PEX and got rid of the smelly hard water with the water filter. It has made a huge difference with our appliances, our skin, and our hair to have the PEX and water filter. I couldn't believe the gunk that came out of our 70s plumbing. Ick. We had three other bids, and went with Clean Team because they had the lowest bid but more importantly, they really understood the importance of the PEX fittings as well as the best way to improve the hard water without a salt based softener.

Clean Team Plumbing should be rated on two levels: (a) staff competence and (b) the work they performed. In my opinion ?staff competence? reflects on management - directing how the crew goes about their business and (b) what they do and how well they do it. The two man work crew was perfect: each morning they called before they arrived to announce their expected time of arrival. They took their shoes off when they came in from outside. They turned off lights when they left a room. they picked up their mess as they progressed and ?broom swept? work areas when they completed the installation. They were communicative about what they were doing and they communicated well. The end product is what really counts. In my case they re-piped a 3 1/2 bath, two story home with three outside water hose connections and installed a hot water heater (tankless) on schedule with almost as few wall intrusions and mess as one could hope for. The cosmetic cover up was excellent, accomplished by a third man. I had a problem since a new 50 gallon standard water heater could not be easily installed because of attic access dimensions. Brad Mallory, the owner, and I worked out an alternative for a ?tankless? heater. The extra cost was negotiated, one from which Brad made little money. It worked well for the two of us. Bottom line. Brad Mallory has a very effective and professionally run company which - because of his experience and knowledge of construction - makes an intimidating home upgrade both tolerable and competitive. (I had obtained four bids). The job was well done, and surprise problems promptly resolved

I called after seeing an ad in Angie's List magazine. Brad Mallory, owner of Clean Team, asked me to send him an email. All communication was then documented via the email thread (e.g., work requested, time to meet, location, etc.). We agreed to a day and time for an appointment. - Clean Team never showed up - Clean Team never called - Clean Team never emailed After waiting 2 hours, I called Brad. He said [despite the email thread] he got the day wrong and promised to call the next day. I figured mistakes happen and decided to give Clean Team a second chance. - Clean Team never called. I emailed again - Clean Team never responded Don't waste your time with this awful company. Thank goodness for Angie's List!

I call them to come give me a quote on Thursday. They scheduled a guy to com out on Monday. The guy called me on Monday to reschedule for Tuesday. He did show up on Tuesday on time a give me a price. He said his crew would be back on Friday to fix the leak. I called on Friday morning to confirm and was told the crew would be at my house around 1pm and would call me 30 minutes prior. At 3pm I still had not received a call. I called the office and there was no answer. I call the office again, no answer but I left a message. I called the guy who quoted me cell phone, no answer and I left another message. I sent the guy an email no response. It has been almost a week and no one has returned my calls. Needless to say I called a different plumber Monday morning. Worst customer service ever! Don't use them.
