Description of Work: They Re Piped the whole house with PEX and did a great job. Rudy and his assistant were very professional and as the name says cleaned everything before they left on both days. On the second day they made sure everything was complete and were here till 8.30 PM completing the work. They came in promptly at 8.30 am so it was a long 12 hour day for them still made sure everything was complete before they left. Great Job would definitely use them again and refer friends/clients to them since I am a Realtor.

Description of Work: Clean Team Plumbing re-piped our entire house and replaced our old galvanized pipes. We had a small leak in the attic and rust in the pipes that resulted in our decision to avoid future problems by replacing our pipes. | |It was a two day job and the two man crew was very professional and worked h****** hot days in July. They knew what they were doing. | |The price also included repairing the holes in the wall necessary to replace the pipes. We only needed to repaint. They have a separate team of employees to handle that job.

Description of Work: I hired Clean Team Plumbing for a whole house repipe and hot water heater replacement. I could have saved some money going with another Plumbing Company but I doubt that I would have experienced the same low effort process, nor would I have come away with a similar warranty. From start to finish, the process was very low effort for me. The Clean Team was punctual, polite, and did a very good job of keeping me informed throughout the task. Only disappointment is that when they installed the new sink fixtures in the Master bath they put them in backwards, so the handles are not facing the correct direction, and the handle on the new shower fixture does not turn all the way to hot so I can only take luke warm showers. I'll probably have to call another plumber to fix these issues because I don't think I can fix these issues myself.

Description of Work: Called the office Monday a.m. December 8 to request an estimate for installation of a new kitchen faucet and repair of a bathroom faucet. Spoke with Tammy several times--did not want my address nor zip code only my name and phone number. My question is how can they schedule without my address or zip code. She eventually called and wanted my address. She said the technician would be at my home on Wednesday between 10:30-11:00 a.m. The technician finally called at noon on Wednesday. He was between jobs and wanted to know if I wanted the job done that day. I said I wanted an estimate so he gave me a verbal estimate. Why wasn't this done by phone two days earlier so I would not need to waste a day waiting for this technician. I did not like his estimate and declined his services.

Description of Work: Brad contacted me shortly after purchasing the coupon and arrived at the scheduled time. He spent around 20 minutes evaluating an issue with toilets that frequently stopped up and suggested replacing all 5 toilets in the home. He said he would have a quote in a day or two. Its been a week and no quote has been received nor has there been any follow up. I will go with another service provider and would appreciate a refund.
