They were very professional. Although the units were 16 years old, Shawn told me only one had a problem with leaking. I appreciated his honesty but chose to replace both units at the same time to avoid a future problem with the other unit in the near future. They replaced the unit with Bradford White units. This is an American company and both units were made here. This is something I find important because it keeps jobs here, not abroad. Also the units were of better quality and more energy efficient than the brands I saw at Home Depot and Lowe's. At the end of the job, Shawn left all the copper pieces for my husband to recycle.

Sean was well within the time frame promised (Promised mid-afternoon. perhaps as early as 2:PM,) he arrived at 3:00PM. He was very polite, made no mess whatever. He even petted our poodles.

I made an appointment for services. No one showed and no one called from Campbell. I called them and they promised they would come 'later' in the morning. They did not show again. I called them back and they said they should have called me and would I like to schedule an appointment for the following day. I cancelled and called John Moore Plumbing who came promptly, as scheduled and promised. I had a very unpleasant experience with Campbell & Sons Plumbing and would not recommend or do business with them again.

Our overall experience was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, professional and arrived on time. He came out on a Saturday within a couple of hours of the call. The price was well worth the services provided and we will definitely use them again.

The back up occurred after normal business hours on a weeknight and we had company. Campbell's didn't hesitate; they arrived twenty-five minutes after the call was placed to clear the pipes. The technician took his shoes off every time he had to go back to the truck to get more equipment and then put them back on when he was in the bathroom. He placed all tools on towels, so they wouldn't drip on the floor on the way out. He was extremely polite to the visitors as well as to us. The pipes have not backed up since.

HAVE DONE SERVICE WORK FOR ME AS WELL AS RE-PLUMBING MY ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY, AND HONEST.
