Unethical Thiefs, they wanted to charge me 150.00 for coming out to give an estimate and just because I refused to pay them for an estimate that other companies came out to do for free, they raised the amount to 300.00 and then put me into collections. They feel that you should pay for their gas and time to come out and give an estimate. Total thiefs.
Description of Work: They did nothing but give an estimate although they called it a diagnosis, they are Thiefs

Ms. [Member Name Removed] called 12/13/2022 wanting us to check her system. We met her plumber onsite and he advised us that another company had tried to start the system up with a generator and the valve was closed when they did that. We advised that we couldn't check without electricity and that the pump would probably need to be pulled. She also asked for a quote for a new tank. She was made aware when she originally called that we would charge a service charge of $150.00 plus .50 fuel surcharge fee per mile. She called back January 11, 2023 requesting us to come out and check the system again. We advised her that we felt the pump needed to be pulled because of the system being run against a closed valve and that it would be another service call to come back out again. She requested us to come out again. It was scheduled for January 13, 2023 but they did not have power available so it was rescheduled for January 19, 2023 at 9 am. On arrival we found that the tank had been installed by someone else and she wanted that checked and the well checked again. Our Tech ran through the system and we again advised her that the pump would need to be pulled. She requested quotes again. We sent them to her and she did not respond back to them. She was told up front that there would be service call fees of $150 each time. We tried to make sure she understood that we felt the pump needed to be pulled and tried to save her the second service call but she kept requesting that we come back out. After numerous attempts to collect outlining everything in detail we did turn her over for collection.

Troy Bussell came out, gave an estimate, and gave me an appointment to return. They did not return on the day they were suppose to. When I called Mr. Bussell, he said he would look into it and call back. He did not call back, but had his secretary call to let me know that they couldn't help us.
Description of Work: They looked at our water tank that needs to be replaced.

They ended up putting in a new well which was quite an expense but they put it down so good that I will never have a problem again. I am so thankful I had it done when it was supposed to be done. They did a wonderful job. When I had to call them about advice they gave me all the information. I have to follow a lot of regulations where I am located so they were great with the advice. They were very easy to communicate with.
Description of Work: They are very honest. They didn’t think I needed a well to begin with. They gave me suggestions and went on their way. They have plenty of work to do because they are honest. It is a huge relief to know that were honest with me! They started to put a new pump down in the well and they found out it was empty and they were honest to say that they shouldn’t go any further. Also, they didn’t charge me for that.
