He quickly identified the problem, discussed options and costs, ordered the necessary part, and scheduled me for the following day. The next morning, he arrived on time, repaired the AC, tested it thoroughly, and gave the system a quick once-over. He also provided valuable, unbiased advice on different AC systems, focusing on what made sense for our needs rather than potential sales. He was professional and honest - something that can be difficult to find in some trades. Highly recommend this company for their exceptional service and knowledgeable staff.

I have had to use Brock's service twice this summer to fix my a/c problems. When I first texted, Daniele was quick to respond from the office - very polite and professional. Brock came out the next day and diagnosed our problem quickly (he has a very impressive collection of gear). I really appreciated his patient explanation of the issue. He answered all my questions and provided some choices or options for how to proceed - best or less expensive - with the tradeoffs that come with choices. He is not the cheapest but I have learned over time that you get what you pay for, and pay for what you get. I have done cheap before and it doesn't always work out. Brock is responsive, professional, experienced, competent, as well as friendly! You need to have his company and phone number on your refrigerator!
