Amc Access Control

AMC Access Control did a neat, professional job of installing the new gate opener system. Communication is critically important in anything but the simplest projects. They quickly responded to all my questions. I'd be happy to use them again.

Originally Stephen (The Owner) installed our Liftmaster Gate system. Fairly quickly our system began to malfunction. Stephen was available most times very quickly to return our calls and then was able many times to come out that day or the next day to look at our system and to diagnose what was the problem while our system was under warrant. Steven guaranteed his Installation for 1 year and Liftmaster has their warranty. Steven was able to diagnose several problems , not attributed to his Installation and he eventually corrected our gate system malfunctioning over about a 3-4 month period and was resolved to get our system working properly with his correction and with the assistance of the Liftmaster Warranty. Steve replaced a Wire to our System Control Box, he replaced our Motherboard and our left controller Arm both under Liftmaster Warranty. Steven is a Gem and a very hard worker. Polite, Dependable and Honest. Our system now works properly due to Steve guaranteeing our wiring replacement and his use of the Liftmaster warranty which was in effect during our troubles with this particular system. Steve really knows his business well and responds to calls quickly. He dispatched a service tech to my house that same day that I called him. The AMC team fixed the problem quickly and was professional in explaining what had failed and what repairs were made. I would definitely use the AMC Access Control team again!

Steven was very good in his communication. Very well informed, honest, and professional people. The technicians Mike and Richard came, focused on their job, finished, and gave me all the pertinent information. I wish I had hired these guys earlier.

Checked gate controller, chain and clearance, explained what regular maintenance was needed - mostly DIY, and how to check and/or change batteries, Excellent, professional, ontime. Will definitely recommend to others and call for future needs!

I liked they got out there really quick. Someone backed into my gate and they were able to get out the next day and fix it.

Called over the weekend and Andrew was out Monday morning. Called and talked me through the issue for almost 15 min. Came back the next day and completed the work as described within the amount estimated. Great customer service!

Called on 12/20 made appointment for 12/21 they showed up on time and promptly made welding repairs to my driveway gate. It couldn't have gone any better.

I was originally planning to have my old gate operator repaired, but ultimately decided to replace it. I received quotes from several different companies, and Steve's was the most competitive. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me comfortable that he would get the job done correctly. It was clear that Steve has been doing this for a long time. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and the crew of two showed up as scheduled. They did a nice, clean job. I was concerned that the old bracket that was welded to the gate would look bad, but Steve's guys were able to completely remove it and make the gate look like the bracket was never there. The new brackets look clean and secure, and Steve threw in a wireless keypad to operate the gate. This new gate operator is silent! The crew did a great job of cleaning up. Really nice work.

We have had several estimates from other vendors that were 3-4 times higher than Steve's. The other vendors did not seem to really understand what we needed. Steve quickly identified the issues. His estimate and service were prompt and we are very happy!

Very prompt response to my initial call. Asked for pictures to better diagnose problem before arrival in order to have all necessary parts. Arrived on time, was professional and excellent service.

They were awesome. They came out the same day to fix the gate and charged very little. They got the job done by the time I got home from work. They were very nice and I can’t say better things about them.

My gate malfunctioned the night before a long holiday weekend. Of the companies I contacted Amc responded first with a visit day, who would come, and how I would be contacted further. Fortunately the part I needed was available locally, so in 2 working days I had 2 visits from a knowledgeable, polite, professional crew plus a like-new gate. I appreciated the quick, attentive service, communication ease, and honest work ethic.

Three men dig out old rusty piping and reinstalled new pipes. Took them about three hours to complete the job.

They came out IMMEDIATELY and put it back on the track and replaced the battery! Steven Collins is wonderful. They are very nice. Do great work and we will definitely use them for any issues with our gates!

Steve immediately determined the gate arm and the controller board were mismatched when the gate was installed by the builder. Steve gave us two separate estimates on how we could correct our gate opener problems. We decided to replace the existing system with a new system that was more appropriate for our property. Steve's estimate was fair and accurate and Steve and his partner did a great job installing our new gate opener. My neighbors and I love our new system. He gave us a one year service warranty on top of the warranty offered by the manufacturer. He trued our gate and padded the closure so it is much more quiet. Steve and his partner were very professional and even cleaned the driveway after they were finished. I would not hesitate hiring AMC Access control again.
