Description of Work: Work was satisfactory. Crew could not speak English and worked just about half a day the whole time they were there. Took several days longer than promised. They installed a door and broke the screws off in the door to the deadbolt jam to where it wouldn't open and when trying to replace I had to drill out old screws. Still waiting on them to mail warranty.

Description of Work: The real concern was that "Anderson Windows" did not have the sizes we needed and did not relay that info to Allied until we were half done with the install. Allied had to use another vendor to complete the job. Shame on "Anderson Windows" for not being completely open and honest about their products. Allied was great !!!!

+ 0 moreCompany (and all employees) very good to work with, start to finish. My husband and I both work, so the sales manager came out at 7pm to give us an estimate. Work was started and finished quickly. The crew and crew-chief were very polite, and did an excellent job on our siding. They answered all our questions, and the finished product looks very profession. My only (minor) complaint would be clean-up. Generally, it was good, but not excellent. A few bits of materials left in our yard and landscaping. But that's a minor point. Overall, very satisfied. Excellent service, excellent workmanship. Fair price.
Description of Work: Replaced siding and window trim with HardiPlank materials. Painted to match previous color.

They did take longer to complete installation than we were originally told, however, we did not have to pay one cent until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The Simonton windows have a lifetime limited warranty from the manufacturer and Allied gives a 12 yr. warranty on the labor and installation.

+ 2 moreVery good work within time and budget. We came up with a few extra items during construction. Little ones they just did at no extra cost, one big one they gave us a bid for extra. Workers very courteous and hard working. They also did a good job of not damaging plants around house.

+ -1 moreAllied Siding did a decent job of siding my house, but they never did finish the necessary painting. We had to get the homeowners association approval to side our house a dark mustard color, and the project manager for Allied Siding represented himself as a man of integrity. However, we found out he wasn t. The company required half payment up front and the owner called me when we had a problem over the final payment, as the estimate was not the same as the bill. I will not use them to do my garage as originally planned, as their bill was five hundred dollars more than the estimate, and they never did finish the painting.
Description of Work: Allied Siding came out to put siding on my house. My house had never had siding on it so they did the whole house in siding and painted any necessary trim.
