I have been using Aero Septic for service for the last 6 years. I had a great experience recently with one of their field guys. He arrived promptly and fixed my broken spray head quickly that was leaking in the pasture. He completed the work efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. The office staff has always been easy to work with as well. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their service for any future needs.

It went very well. They were very reasonable, professional, and nice. They came out the initial time, and then 6 months following. The guy that comes to our home is a very nice man. We had a part go out late in the afternoon and they even came out the next morning.

We've used Aero-Septic for almost 15 years, but the quality of service has fallen badly over the past couple of years. Our most recent service calls have resulted in incorrect recommendations by the service tech. First, an incorrect diagnosis calling for pumping my tanks (at least 5 years too soon), then warning of a bad water pump and most recently an incorrect diagnosis of a bad air pump, which was reported to the county. Asked for $650 to replace the pump. Since I was skeptical of the diagnosis I got a second opinion from another company. Turns out my air pump needed a 25 cent O-ring and the air filters cleaned. No problem with the water pump either, simply lines plugged at the sprinkler heads. I decided to change providers and asked for return of my annual fee (I had just renewed). Was told there were no refunds, per the terms of the contract I signed. So be it. It's OK, though, since I signed up with a new provider ( who correctly diagnosed the issues) for a 10% lower annual fee, 1/3 of the cost of the air pump that would have been necessary had I stayed at Aero Septic. Buyer beware.

He showed up as planned and checked the whole system thoroughly. He took the time to explain the system and what to do in different situations. I purchased a 2 year service plan and he will return every 4 months for further checks. He was very pleasant and helpful. I have recommended them to other neighbors.

The last company that I used was not very helpful with questions that I had, but Aero-Septic was like a breath of fresh air. I am a first time user of a septic system with a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of them. They explained all the work that was done and what needed to be done and made recommendation for the things that I could do between service calls to make the system run more effeciently and I felt very comfortable with what they were telling me.

We have been using them for about 3 years now. They are very religious about coming and checking out the system for us. They are on schedule all the time and they are very polite. One of our motors was not running well and they replaced it quickly for us.

Aero-Septic has been our maintenance company on our Aerobic septic system for about 5 years. I do not often actually interact with them and that is a sign they are doing a terrific job. They visit the system 4 times a year as required by the county checking the workings of the system and leave a card on the door with the results of each visit. We have had some repair work done over the years. We replaced the water pump a year ago, and most recently the broken pipes near the water discharge tank. They also replaced a cracked lid on the tank. They are very professional, knowledgeable and the prices on the repairs were very reasonable. There is a county requirement that response be within 24 hours if there is a problem with the system and they have always been here to make sure it is corrected within the appropriate time. On top of all this they are just really nice people to deal with. They have recently updated the web site and it is very well done. There is a lot of information and now the yearly contract can be paid online. Very pleased with this company.

Aero-Septic performs quarterly maintenance checks on our septic system, required by our HOA. When we moved into our home 6 months ago we were completely unfamiliar with the type of system we have. Over the past months they have gone out of their way to educate us on the system, both in person and over the phone. They are very knowledgable and kind. They leave a ticket on the door after each visit detailing the health of our septic . Recently the card showed that we had a weak air pump , I called the office and they carefully explained what that meant. They offered options in how to fix the problem , after considering the age of the pump and the costs, we had the pump replaced. They did not charge a service fee, and came and replaced the pump, with a much more efficient and quieter model. They were very honest with the pros and cons of the pump, and we know that they will back up their product. Very rarely do you find such an amazing people to service your house, we are very thankful!

They do top notch work at a reasonable price. They are honest people.

They are very prompt and efficient. They deliver chlorine and they come out to your house on time. They are very good about returning your phone calls. They do all the septic maintenance. I have been pleased with the work they do. I would definitely use them again.
