 + -1 moreEverything went great. The installer had difficulty finding the 'main water line' going into the house. After hours of digging and looking he finally located it. Then he had to run the pipe from the main line to the equipment which took a few more hours. Then he came inside and installed the reverse osmosis equipment under the kitchen sink. He started at 4pm and did not leave until 11:15pm. We are very impressed with how good our water feels to shower/bathe in. The taste of the water is much improved too.
Description of Work: Salesman provided a water test in home. He showed us how bad our tap water was filled with a bunch of junk. Provided installation of all equipment.

 + -1 moreThey performed an absolutely outstanding job due to the unforeseen circumstances of the installation conditions. Chris, the water tech, did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions and concerns about water treatment systems and the installation process. I called multiple companies to give me a quote on a water treatment system, and by far 1st choice water was the most knowledgeable and fair priced. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Installed a whole house water conditioning system and 2 reverse osmosis systems, 1 for my kitchen sink and 1 for my ice maker upstairs in gameroom. My install was very difficult due to main water line coming in at a very inconvenient area next to my detached garage.
