A 1st Choice representative came out and inspected my roof in less than 3 hours of calling them. He suggested repairs and showed me exactly what the problem was and suggested a plan of action to fix my roof properly. This also included roof issues in which were obvious due to a 9 year old roof. 1st Choice had an estimate of the cost and the repairs the same day sent via Email. The sagging part of the roof was repaired the next day along with the leaking section of the roof. Due to fowl weather the rest of the needed maintenance repairs was not done on that day. Repairs were completed on the very next day that weather would allow the repairs to be possible. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of 1st Choice Roofing and Construction. For the time frame that I gave them for the work completed, I am very pleased with the work. Work was accomplished and completed in a timely manner in which was very important to my review. No other company could give this price with in the time constraints that I gave 1st Choice and back up their work. If you are looking for an excellent contractor to work on your house, you cannot go wrong with this company

Work was completed within one day and work site cleared after completion. Very professional work and workers. I'll use again if needed, and will use them for an annual "roof review" to avoid problems in the future.

These guys are PHENOMENAL!!!! I worked with Chris to review my architectural drawings. He made suggestions based on his experience on how we needed to change a couple of items the architect did not think about. They worked with me on pricing and construction to fit within my budget. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for ANY project.

Worked with Anthony, a very nice and courteous young man, who seemed to know a lot about roofs. He showed up when he said he would or called to let me know if he was running late. He took pictures to show me the problem areas that he found.

My experience with this company was first class from start to finish. I called this company to get a quote at 5pm for my roof and outdoor kitchen project, they were able to come out that evening to discuss my project and take measurements for the new patio cover I was wanting to get built. Chris the field representative was able to get me an estimate for my roof and the estimate for my patio cover project by the next afternoon. I found that impressive, because I had received multiple estimates from other contractors and none of them produced an estimate quickly. I am very pleased with the options provided for my roof and outdoor kitchen project, the quality of work, and the puntual time line to complete my project. I would highly recommend first choice roofing and construction, they have an extreme amount of attention to detail and that goes along way with me.

Everyone we worked with at the company was extremely thorough and professional from beginning to end. Martin provided a detailed report and pictures for the initial assessment and then went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide a reasonable quote, plus discount for Angie's List members. They do not sub-contract their work and take extra steps to ensure their employees are screened, certified and trained beside carrying adequate insurance coverage. This was important to us since we are new to the area and extra cautious on whom we hire. We gave a 'B' on punctuality only because the actual roofer was a hour late due to being delayed while picking up additional material. Leigh Ann, called beforehand to let me know he would be late and Martin also followed up during this time, so again, excellent customer service. The roofer did a wonderful job and took additional pictures for us to review. Martin then followed up with a report and bill, which matched the original estimate, and a call to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. They may be a little higher priced than some individual or sub-contract companies, but if you are looking for quality work that is done right the first time, along with superior customer service then I would highly recommend 1st Choice Roofing & Construction.

What an amazing team. From the moment I checked Angie's List and contacted 1st Choice Roofing, I've been so pleased. I first needed estimates on daughter's roof. Chris was so professional and understanding of the time limit her insurance company placed on time to get roof replaced. A hail storm shortly after messed our roof up, before contacting our insurance Chris and Martin stop by and checked roof for me. I referred neighbors to 1st Choice. They were as pleased as I with the timely, efficient and professional way all questions, concerns and job was completed. Chris and all the members of his team were so pleasant to work with. All the guys were kind, polite and I would definitely use them again. Next project will be to paint home. I no longer need to research, get estimates etc. from several companies. We obtained 5 quotes. Fred with First Choice came out and was knowledgable about all aspects of our project. He looked like a roofer not a salesman. (what we liked) First Choice's quote was a bit lower than the other 4, but not so low that you wondered if the job was going to be comparable. His crew worked from dawn until dusk. The projects turned out really nice and any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. First Choice-Fred also found some areas where the builder made errors in the framing of the roof of the house, Fred just went ahead and added the wood to correct it. Very Professional Company.

Professional; on time; on schedule; performed service as defined and estimated. All extra costs were for add ons as requested by owner. Very satisfied with services provided. Would use their services again and have referred them to others.

When I purchased my home the inspector said I needed ridge vents, so I called Martin Morales at 1st Choice Roofing around Noon on Monday. He said he could come out within a couple of hours and look at my roof. He got tied up with another client, so it was closer to three hours before he arrived. I really liked Martin - very neat, pleasant and professional. He agreed I needed ridge vents and he explained how that, along with some general maintenance, would prolong the life of the roof. A couple of guys showed up the following morning to do the work - Martin called in advance to let me know they were on their way and provided the name of the crew lead. Martin came out to check on their progress a couple of hours into the job. They did a good job and they cleaned up and hauled off all of the debris. I was happy with the work and will call 1st Choice Roofing again for any future roofing needs.

Their estimate coincided with our insurance. They came when promised and performed the work in one day. All debris was carried away.

Very well. They were timely, honest and very patient to complete the work and wait several weeks before insurance finalized payment to them. We have recommended them to several of our friends and we will definitely use them again for any remodeling needs in the future.
