We went through every detail and I was described quality work and detail. Then they sent out what seemed like a group of day laborers that threw up some forms as if they had no clue what they were doing and then told my wife they were ready to pour the next day. I measured the center of the forms and it was less than 2 inches. They had no grade on the driveway so water would run back into garage, had stakes inside the forms, rounded forms stuck out into where concrete was going to go, steel dowels into house were 30 inches apart, the form for the sidewalk was 15" from the house on one end and 21" from the house at the other, and was lopsided. We were supposed to have a brick ledge, they did not form it. They told my father that they were digging a small gully and the concrete would run under the form into it for a ledge. There is so much more that was wrong, so we just asked them to leave. It was a horrible experience. The response from the contract is inaccurate in most of the detail. What I stated above is true, especially the 1.5" depth, the wrong grade, and several other form related issues. I could not go forward with this as they did not appear to know what they were doing. I found a very good, honest, and professional company to pour the driveway and sidewalk. They set the forms properly, perfect grade, could tell they had alot of experience, etc. We have a beautiful, strong and solid, professional driveway and sidewalk now and could not be happier. We went with Integrity Solutions/SK Concrete, they did not require payment until all was said and done and we were happy with everything, Steve Konkle was on site the whole time assuring the forms were correct and also when they poured, correctly any minute issue right away. Very, Very happy with them and their price was very good. I posted a review for them separately. I am glad we stopped all activity with Custom Creations immediately before things go worse.

I was out of town, went on Angie's list and put in and they responded. Michael responded I agreed to the quoted price. They went out to my home began the process and did a very good job.
