+ -1 morePrompt, efficient and professional. Arrived on time, examined shower drain, then used an electric powered mechanical device to unclog the drain. Removed debris (build up of hair and calcium/lime deposits) from drain. I had previously attempted without success to remove the clog with commercial chemical and enzyme drain cleaner products.
