"Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

"Purchased this home a few months ago and a lot of things needed updating. No big deal. I actually enjoy that kind of work, however, this wasn't a regular DIY type of job. I didn't want to die poking around main electrical lines so I looked these guys up via Angie's. I was worried I would need to call O'Connor and have cable pulled back to the pole and then electricians would need permits from the city and all the work would need to pass independent inspection before i got power back and so on. It could have easily turned into a week long nightmare and cost an arm and a leg. I was wrong and I am glad. These guys were able to perform the work safely and now this house is one MAJOR step closer to being up to modern code despite being more than 60 years old. Yeah it wasn't the cheapest route BUT the peace of mind of knowing work was done correctly coupled with not being dead made it totally worth it!"
