Description of Work: They would have the A rating if they had taken responsibility, to inform us the glass was unavailable for another 2 days, BEFORE we re-arranged our schedule for the time they gave us to pick up the glass.

+ 0 moreOverall it was a good experiences. They had to come back several times due to broken windows coming off the truck but eventually they all got installed. My only negative experience was that the installers, as good as they were, did not run on time very much. Since I am not working we were able to make it work, but I don't see how people who do work could manage this schedule and the delays. All that being said, when they were here, they did good work.
Description of Work: Installed approximately 30 vinyl replacement windows in our home and a few in our daughter's home.
