It was an easy, comfortable experience. Brooke helped with the selection of products, fabric, pricing and installing. Based on our needs and wants she made excellent suggestions. Philip helped with measuring and installing. Both were efficient, professional and friendly. They were easy to work with.

I got estimates from several companies, each came out to the house to do measurements and show their selection. Brooke did the initial appointment at the house for an estimate, then Phillip came to take exact measurements and have them made. I was concerned they were so much cheaper than everyone else and worried the quality would not be as good as I wanted. They were several thousand cheaper for a 4000sqft house. When the blinds came in, they were installed within 2 weeks of the order and temporary shades installed awaiting the shutters. The shutters came in several weeks later. I was so impressed with the shutters. I wish I had just ordered them for every window, rather than only for the front of the house. I will be upgrading to the shutters at the end of the year.
Description of Work: I had a combination of shutters for the front of the house and faux wood blinds for the rest of the house, 23 windows in all.
