Description of Work: We moved into our new home and called Mack pools to come in and assess our needs. They were very informative and due to our needs began services the following week. When he arrived on Monday, he went over how to use the remote with me, and programmed it to benefit us the best. He also looked over our equipment and made recommendations on repairs. Mack pools are very knowledgeable and professional. We have decided to use them for our weekly pool service.

+ -1 moreGREAT! Mack Pools thoroughly inspects the pool equipment and cleans the pool. Each week they skim, empty skimmer baskets, vacuum, test chemicals, brush and net the pool. Mack Pools always keeps us aware of any maintenance or concerns of repairs needed. Eddie and Nicole and their staff are highly educated in the pool industry and treat customers like their own family. I would highly recommend their pool company!

Description of Work: I have been using Mack (the son) to do my weekly cleaning on my pool and he is absolutely fantastic!! He is highly knowledgable about pools and a very kind person. I also have two dogs and he is very good around my dogs. He charges a very good rate for cleaning the pool. I highly recommend this company!!

+ -1 moreWe have an older pool system that Clearwater replaced and made so much better.We have not had any problems since they took over the maintenance and repairs.They are always fair, and do a thorough job. They give you options when possible. I have been very satisfied with them, and they are easy to get in touch when you needextra cleanings or have any emergency repair.
Description of Work: This company cleans my pool on a monthly basis and does a good job. They always show upevery week to check and clean. They repair and replace small maintenance parts as they needto. We agreed on that up front. Any expensive repairs or problems are handled when they occur.
