Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name], We have attempted to reach you by phone, and have left numerous voice messages. We have provided lawn services for you since October 2013. Our records show that in April 2014 you requested some additional landscaping services. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach you by phone in order to set up a meeting to discuss your needs, Mark Dawson sent an email on May 2, saying that he has tried numerous times to make contact with you, and asking you to please call him at the office. The next communication we received from you is an email dated May 18, in which you list several things you wish to have done to your lawn and garden. Meanwhile, you posted a less than favorable review on Angie's List on May 14, in which you graded us poorly on a job that you declared was done on May 12 at a cost of $1,800.00. We have no record of any work other than your regular maintenance being done on or around this date, nor any work being done in the amount of $1,800.00. Actually, we are still waiting for approval to begin the work. I am not understanding why you indicate you would not hire us again, when in fact, you have not cancelled your maintenance service, and in your email dated May 18, you are requesting yet more services. I appreciate your business. However, I find no basis for this negative review. I would be most grateful if you would correct this and set the record straight. Thank you so much. Walt Crowder, Owner
