 + -1 moreHe's the greatest, I've used him for everything. It took him a week, it's beautiful and you could live in it. He's very compulsive and everything is meticulously done and he comes exactly when he says and he charges exactly what he says.
Description of Work: I had Jim Copeland of Jim Dandy Honey Do's come out and build a studio. He also did an entire new roof for me for $5,000.
