When we bought our house, we received a home warranty contract with the house. Wasn't sure if that meant anything but they sent out HQ Pools to work on our pump when it went out. I figured it would get denied or I would be out of pocket $500 or something dumb like that but I'll admit I was wrong. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed while they were here. Was pretty painless honestly since I didn't even have to leave work to meet them.
