Description of Work: Bethany Laub assisted me in finding the perfect home in the Houston TX area. Since I was relocating from another state, I had to rely on her expertise in the Houston market, which she provided in a professional manner. Prior to my arriving in Houston, she spoke with me several times, we emailed & texted regularly, so that she would get a sense of what type of home/property I was interested in purchasing. In addition, she regularly sent me home listings. While in Texas to purchase a home, Bethany took me to see homes listed for sale, both that I had indicated that I wanted to see and homes that she believed would be a good fit for me. Needless to say, I purchased the perfect home from a listing that she believed would make a good fit for me. In addition, she assisted in the home closing and was able to recommend reliable, knowledgeable contractors to complete my home inspection, assist with closing, and obtain necessary insurances ensuring that my home purchase went smoothly, which it did.

Description of Work: Beth did all that was expected and more. We bought a HUD house and she went to HUD with me. After we had fixed it up she sold it quickly to a great buyer.
