Brandon was very responsive, helpful and was able to get the double pane glasses faster than other folks whom I got quote from. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend him.

Many glass shops said it couldn’t be done. One rep told me flat out, they would rather replace all the windows ($5000). They dont make enough money on just doing the vynal seals. These young men not only said it could be done, did it a super reasonable price. Excellent job. Would definitely rehire for any window/glass work.

Emerald Glass is our original shower glass installer. We needed to have the glass removed for safety as we worked on a plumbing issue. They not only came out promptly, they also were confident they could clean the glass for us. Most glass vendors would not have bothered. They are also the most economical, along with being very nice and professional guys. Their follow up has been excellent.

If I could give zero star, I would not hesitate to give one. They don't keep their words. As soon as you made the half payment in advance, then you are screwed. Brandon has horrible attitudes. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! ! ! I submitted a request on Homeadviser. Brandon reached out to me and told me he can provide the service on Apr 11,2022. . He gave me a quote and told me he will go to make the measurement. He said it will take about 5-7 business days to get the ordered window. I waited and finally he made the measurement on Apr 18th, 2022. I then made the half payment on Apr 19th, 2022. Then the actual waiting really started. On May 3rd, I asked Brandon who said the windows are ready but they are just fully booked and can't schedule mine. On May 5th, I asked him to confirm a date that he could install my windows. He ignored me. On May 7th, I told him that I need him to schedule my windows because my house is for sale. He told me they are still too busy. I told him that he told me at the beginning it only takes 5-7 business days. He said he has other customers before me. On May 11th, I reached out to Brandon asking if he can refund me if he couldn't do the job. He said he wouldn't refund me and hope me good luck. I was very surprised that he could say that since he can't provide the service but already charged me. I then called Homeadviser to complain. Brandon texted me Homeadviser doesn't run their business and he didn't care. However, the reality is that Brandon does care and got scared. He told Homeadviser he will not offer refund but he promised he will install the windows on May 18th, 2022. That was one week later from May 11th, 2022. I told homeadviser Brandon needs to let me know what time he will be in the house on May 18th because I need to open the door for him. At 6:15pm on May 17th, 2022, Brandon hasn't reached out to me to let me know what time he will install the windows on May 18, 2022. I sent an email to Homeadviser and Brandon saying no one from Brandon 's company reached out and let me know what time they will d do the installation. Brandon called me right afterwards and told me he dislikes my email and decided not to provide the service. He said he is going to refund me the money. Till this moment, I realized he was just playing the game. One week earlier, he told Homeadviser he still wanted to provide the service and refused to refund me and now one week later he changed his idea. He did that on purpose to waste my time because he was very p***** I complained him to the Homeadviser. He kept on attacking me saying that I am not being professional. I wonder what I did. All I did as a customer is to remind you that you charged me and you needed to do the job instead of stretching the service to forever. My comment about the company is that trying to stay as far as possible. They don't keep their words. Never trust the company!
