These people are wonderful! If you ever have a trapped animal, please call them. They are professional, punctual, and will work hard to save the lives of the animals they rescue. They will come to your home no matter how many times it takes. In our case, it was difficult to lure the mama raccoon to the trap, but they perservered until the job was done. The only work they don't do is to replace any sheetrock that they have to remove. In our case, it was a small 6"x6" square. When I called to have someone check on the noise we were hearing inside one of our walls, they were able to send someone right away. Austin determined that we had a mama raccoon with babies and located where the raccoon had entered the house (through a pulled out soffit vent). He then installed a humane trap to catch her. We were told to call the office each morning and let them know whether the raccoon was trapped. Before we finally caught the mama raccoon, they had installed three traps (two outside and one in the attic). As soon as the mama was captured, they came to the house to cut a hole in the wall and remove the babies. It turned out that we had three of them, estimated to be between 10 days to 2 weeks old. They still had their eyes and ear canals closed and were the cutest things. I got to hold them while Austin removed the traps and will never forget the experience. When he left, he told me that he would release the mother into the wild, far away from any urban areas, and take the babies to a wildlife center who would take care of them until they were old enough to be released. We chose to have our house sealed so that this won't happen again. It isn't required. Of the total cost, $1,400 of it was for sealing the house. The remaining $300 covered the removal of the raccoons. This was the original price they quoted me. They did not raise the price even though they had to come to the house more often than expected due to a very wiley mama raccoon who did not want to be captured and who tried hard to protect her babies. This is a family run business. And during the course of this adventure, we became well acquainted. I highly recommend them. And I am so thankful that they conduct live rescues.

I called on a Saturday after I had heard "scurrying" in the ceiling for a few days. They arrived on site within a matter of hours on a Saturday. I was very impressed with how prompt they were. They checked the home for entry points and found 13 different entry points. Scheduled the work for the following Thursday to come and seal up the home. Arrived on Thursday as scheduled. Spent most of a day sealing up the home. Painted everything they used to make it look asthetically pleasing. Explained the work that had been done. Mentioned they would be back in 1-2 weeks to pick up the traps. Three days later I called, as the smell was really bad. Came out later that same day to remove animals and re-bait the traps. Awaiting second trip to take out remaining traps and clean the attic. I was very satisfied with the work performed by A All Animal Control! Their prompt and friendly service was much appreciated. I was not about to crawl up in my attic and perform this work, and I am glad to know these guys who take care of problems I would rather not deal with. Thanks again, A All!

We had some raccoons living between the floors of our 100 year old house going in and out through an old chimney. These were street-smart critters and would not take the bait that was in the traps for weeks. Finally A All installed some one-way trap doors so that when they went out at night they could not get back in. Then the next day we sealed the crawlspace and the chimney and we have not heard a peep since. Great professionalism and prompt service. I hope to never need them again but would call them first if I did.

Upon request they came back and plugged up those entry places for an additional fee. I did not include that figure as it was separate from the initial call. The team was responsive and professional. The phone communication was less than stellar.

The service man showed up on time, was polite and full of information as to what he was going to do, how it all works and how the mole operates. He explained the cost to start and the additional cost for each mole caught. I was out of the country when he returned to check on the mole catching progress, he found one. He removed traps and the one mole then left invoice at front door. My neighbor took it in till I got back in the country. I would use them again because I felt confident with their work.

After killing two large snakes on back to back days - one on our back porch and another in our garage - we decided to have a pest control expert come out to check our property to help us figure out why we were seeing these guys so close to the house. With 3 dogs, we didn't want any of them tangling with a snake, venomous or not. I called A All Animal Control on Monday afternoon, after killing the 2nd snake. Brian, the technician, was able to come out first thing on Tuesday morning. Brian showed up punctually, introduce himself, and gave me his business card. After telling him about the 2 snakes we'd killed, and showing him the latest one to confirm what kind it was, Brian started exploring our property looking for snakes and any snake dens. Luckily he didn't find any, but he offered to dispose of the snake I had killed the day before. After his review of the property, Brian sprayed the snake repellent around our very large front and back yards. Before doing so, he confirmed that the snake repellent was nontoxic to both humans and dogs, which was extremely important to me. He then gave my husband and I some tips on how to keep the snakes from wanting to come up close to the house, and how to reduce possible snake habitats in the back yard. He was done in about 1-1/2 hours. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We would definitely have him out again for any future pest problems.

Inspected Attic. Set Raccoon Trap on roof, right at the entry the raccoons made for themselves. Inspected entire roof. Explained every thing to me. Advised I get my trees cut back around 6'. Trapped raccoon on third day, they immediately came over to remove animal & trap. set up another trap, because additional raccoons tried to break out the trapped one and made a large hole. After 7 days no raccoons trapped and A-All-Animal Control of North Houston/The Woodlands...came to take trap away and do a seal up of my home. Re-inspected attic and roof looking for signs of anything else that might be damaging or home. Actually set several rat traps in attic as inspection showed none in attic, but had been on roof. The seal up involves numerous sealing up tasks and putting sheet metal- closing up damage caused by the raccoons. As well as painted all their work. I could not have imagined how thorough the seal up would be, but I am so glad I found A-All-Animal Control N.H. Josie is AWESOME!!! There is not a better crew than she has employed. Extremely nice, polite, explained any question i had and said if I had any further questions just them a call...and that is true because I called several times. Always helped answer any question or concern!!!!! Lastly but not least, The animals are taken to a wildlife area. They do not euthanize, any of the animals!!!

Very professional and prompt in coming out. Answered phones everytime as well. Would definitly reccommend this company and their services. They took a total of four racoons out of my attic!!

Overall, the service was great... Friendly and knowledgeable... both on the phone, as well as the tech that came out. See above for more detail of the "story". But, I would definitely use again.

They arrived on time and everything seem to go very professionally.

A All Animal Pest Control showed up on time and did a professional and effective job in removing animals and remediating any damage. The trapping techniques used for the raccoons was both humane and effective. I will not hesitate to call on them again should the need arise.

The guy did a cursory look from my attic entrance. That was it. He said he couldn't hear any baby squirrels from there. No further investigation. Covered one entrance that squirrel had made and placed a live trap at other entrance. When squirrel was caught, he came and removed it & left trap for several days until I asked that it be removed since no more squirrels had been caught. They did not permanently cover the holes; I had to pay someone else to do that since they said it would cost more than $700 to secure my attic from further entrance by animals. The guy was pleasant and friendly but not very professional in his review of my roof and attic. I thought $700 + was an outrageous amount to cover the holes and any other areas.

Done in less that thirty minutes and the animal survived!

A snake had come through my area, and was spending some time in one of our buildings. They informed us that once the mice were gone, that the snake would move on, and that no service was needed. They took the time, free of charge, to provide this service.

Heard "thumping" in an interior wall of my home. A-All Animal Control removed a racoon from my attic previously so I called them....they're humane...they rehab raccoons and release them in the country (away from habitation). They verified there was something in the wall...and that it was a raccoon "Mom" and babies. They were able to catch the Mom in a cage near the front door (outside) of the house. Then to get the babies, they had to make a small cut in the wall (inside) but did minimal damage (easy to fix) and there we found 3 babies sleeping....they reunited them with the "Mom" and everyone's happy. If there was a rating better than "the best"...I would rate Brian and A-All Animal Control that high...they're terrific.

Contacted this company after a squirrel came into my house from my attic and hid in one of my bedroom closet. The company was able to send someone within an hour of my phone call. The two gentlemen was able to capture the squirrel and take him away. They also inspected my attic to see if any other squirrels was up there and how they were getting in. They inspected the roof and outside around my house. They were able to locate where the squirrels were getting in and set traps and sealed the vent off that the squirrels were using to get into my attic. The traps ended up catching two more squirrels. I call the company to let them know that the trap had caught the squirrels and the company sent someone to my house to remove the trapped squirrels within an hour. They were very professional and punctual. I haven't heard any noise from my attic for over a week and have been able to get a good night rest.The company suggested that I have my entire house sealed off. I will definitely use them we I decide to get my entire house seal up.

The raccoon would show up every few days and made a mess in the attic. They were able to find where the raccoon was getting in (wasn't easy)...and they humanely tempted him into a rooftop cage. Then they sealed up the access...gave the raccoon water and made sure he was OK and then took him to a "release" in an unpopulated area. Also will be asking them to come back once the weather cools to clean up the attic from the mess the raccoon made (they do this, also). Highly recommended.

We knew we had a squirrel in our attic as we had one enter and exit in one corner where the Soffit vent meets the roof line.Two days prior to calling we were able to chase one squirrel out of the attic and put a wire mesh over the opening, thinking that the problem was solved.On the day of calling A All Animal Control we saw another squirrel in the attic and realized that we trapped one squirrel out and at least one squirrel in, it was time to call for professional help.We called A All Animal Control at 5 PM, explained that we had a squirrel problem and were delighted to hear that they had a crew in the area and would be at our house within 30 - 60 minutes.Within 60 minutes they showed up, we explained what had transpired and they told us that we were more than likely dealing with either a pair or a family of squirrels. Within one hour they placed two squirrel traps on our roof. One nailed to the access point in the roof where we had seen the squirrels entering and leaving and another trap very close to catch the mate that was lingering in the back yard.The very next day there were squirrels in both traps and after calling them they arrived within 2 hours to take the squirrels away.We then decided to have them seal any other opening from the ground to the roof to prevent any further intrusion.An appointment was made for the following week, they arrived promptly on time and did a thorough and professional job sealing everything from joints in the roof to the weep holes in the bricks at the base of the foundation.We were very pleased with their service.

We called on Saturday morning and this company was able to send someone Sunday morning. He seemed to explore the attic thoroughly for whatever was or had been in there and recommended sealing the house against future "unauthorized entry". Since nothing was obvious in the attic but something had definitely been there he gave us the option of setting traps to catch it exiting. Nothing was caught and we have heard nothing since. This company was faster to respond than any other we contacted and showed expertise with catching critters unwelcome around the house and returning them to a more appropriate habitat.

From the first phone call to the removal of the last rodent A ALL was prompt and professional. They are a family run company and clearly care about customer satisfaction. All work required was explained in advance. They did what they said they would in the time frame promised and their follow up to remove the rodents and traps was prompt. It has been over 4 months since they provided their service and we haven't had any problems since. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. One word of warning, their trucks are not inconspicuous so there's no keeping hidden from the neighbors the fact that you have a rodent/animal problem. That didn't matter to us but it might to someone else.

I apologize! I should know better than to reconstruct events from my memory, and in this case I really shouldn't have! MEA CULPA! For all those who may have read the inital report, which I have deleted from this posting, please ignore what I said there! Here is the corrected report: After posting the original report, Josie (co-owner of this business) contacted me because of a discrepancy she found when reviewing her files. Thank goodness she did, and kudos for following up with me immediately! After she called, I found my own paperwork and comments I had made, and I take back what I said about the rodent problem not being spotted at first. As a matter of fact, I got the whole sequence wrong - the tech who came out initially confirmed that there was a rodent problem. We had the house rodent-proofed - not an easy job as our house is quite large and there were a large number of access points to be sealed. After hearing louder noises in the attic after rodent-proofing the house, another tech came out and at that time did another full check - sure enough, this time we had a racoon come visit. A live trap was set, the critter caught and taken away the morning after we caught it, and the hole sealed up to prevent further incursions. We also ended up catching one rat in one of the dozen traps set which the tech removed. Another rat apparently eventually died somewhere in the wall - nothing to be done about that except wait out the smell, because short of taking apart our walls, there was no way of getting to the critter. At all times the crew was professional and did their jobs well! If Josie and Brian are still willing to help us out if we have another unwelcome visitor, after my prior unwarranted posting, I will be more than happy to have them come back out! And I certainly recommend their service! As to why I wrote the initial report: a very bad memory and confusion with another company that did not meet expectations - they are no longer in business. I truly apologize to Josie and Brian. The whole reason why I called them in the first place was precisely because the other folks had not done so well on a previous job in another house. Thank you again, Josie, for calling me on this one - I like to use Angie's List precisely because I get to hear from people who have actual experience, and as I rely on their comments, I want to make sure other scan rely on what I post.

I had no problem with the work they did but I am having a major problem getting the invoice. I found out that I might be able to get partially reimbursed for some of the attic restoration. I asked them to give me an invoice just for the work. They disinfected and cleaned the attic and removed a raccoon up there that we got rid of. They did really good work and they put new insulation. I had to have an air duct replaced because it had eaten through it. All I wanted them to do was send me an invoice of the work that they did and I called several times. She said she would put it in the mail or email it to me but I have still not received it. I am still waiting for it. The name of the person I have been talking to is Josie. They trapped the raccoon for me and they left the traps and set up several rat traps. I had rats too. They came on 4th October to do all the work. They cleaned up all the mess the animals had made and they disinfected my attic completely. They removed the old insulation and put in fresh insulation. They also sealed it so that I won’t have the same problems again. I am happy with the work they did but for some reason I haven’t got the invoice. She told me she would send me the invoice later for the work done on 4th October. I have called her 3 times and she never answered. I left messages and she never returned my call or gave me my invoice. I need that because of my insurance company. I will be able to get reimbursed for a part of this because of my home owners insurance. I can’t do that without the invoice. I got an invoice from the guy who did my air conditioning because he replaced a complete air duct. The work was done in October and apart from making a trip to their office and picking it up myself I don’t know what else to do. I tried calling and I don’t have it and I really need it and that’s the only problem I had with them. Even though I am happy with the work I want to get some money back. I paid about a couple of thousand dollars to get the work done and I should get all of this back apart from my deductible which is $750. I cant do that without the invoice. I don’t know what else to do and I don’t know the problem is to send me an invoice. Compared to other companies their prices were average. They are not the highest charging but not the cheapest. The workers were good and it was just the invoice. If I don’t get the invoice I won’t use them again because I am losing some money and I would have to make a trip to get it myself. It is a big deal to me to get the money back. They told me they would send it in the email and I checked it carefully and it was not there. She said she would send it in the mail and it never came. I called at least 3 times about the same thing.

Everything went well. They were responsive and informative, but ultimately I went with another company.
