Description of Work: I was very pleased with the process for removing gophers from backyard. Austin, the Senior Technician, was punctual, professional and very pleasant in expediting the evacuation and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Squirrels in my attic entering from 2 locations on my front porch. They placed 4 traps on my front porch trapping 2 squirrels. Then they removed 2 of the traps, leaving two, trapping 2 additional squirrels. They took them to some property approximately 30 miles away and released them. The traps also caught 5 Red Birds, which my neighbor and I released. They also closed the two entrances to the attic thereby preventing them from getting back in the attic. Very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: They removed two families of squirrels from my attic and were able to keep them together to release in a wooded area. They also covered the problem entrance areas that highlighted where I needed roof repair and fascia boards replaced. I will also need an electrician to replace the wiring that was chewed down to the copper.

Description of Work: Squirrel in chimney. Told me all the different steps and the cost associated with each step Guy came out, placed a trap on the chimney cap, tied a rope to the open trap, and put the rope down the chimney. The trap contained deer corn. Two days later the squirrel was in the trap eating the corn. I called , he came back and retrieved the squirrel .

+ 0 moreI called this company due to all the activity and noise we kept hearing in our attic. The first technician did an inspection and took pictures but felt there was no animal activity and did not set up traps. There was not a follow up. I called the company again after my daughter actually poked her head up and saw 2 large raccoons in my attic which ended up turning off the power switch on my a/c. The owner was quick to respond. Brian Moss, the owner, showed up exactly on time and set up traps. In less than 24 hours one raccoon was caught. This is a family owned business. Mr. Moss had hired someone to help out with his business that turned out to be wrong for the job. That was my first inspector. After discharging that employee, Mr. Moss personally handled my situation promptly. In addition, Mrs. Moss called me personally to apologize for the discharged employee's unresponsiveness. I had been without a/c due to the raccoons and I could tell they felt terrible about the whole situation. I initially had asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but also they offered to make it all right. I am glad that I accepted their offer. They showed true customer service and resolved to stay on the case, at no additional cost, until my animal problem was taken care of. In addition, Mr. Moss discovered a rather large beehive in my garage wall and personally called another professional to inquire about helping me out. The following morning my "Bee Man" came to take care of the problem and I couldn't have been more pleased with the referral. While there was an initial problem with an employee (that no longer works there) it was obvious to me that the owners valued their customers and wanted nothing more than to take care of their needs. Good, honest people.

+ 0 moreWe had a problem with rats in our home and attic. He placed traps inside, outside and in our attic. He caught a few in the attic, but ended up catching the one that was inside "live". The owner/operator was incredibly professional and eager to make sure we were satisfied with their service.
