I bought two 300 watt holgen bulds and they tighten the socket on one of my lamps.
<br /> The also replace the on/off switch on one of my lamps for free.
<br /> I needed three lamps repaired, they repaired two of them while I waited and the third had to be left at the store.
Took lamps in and they called within a few days. When I went to pick them up I was running late. Called ahead and they pulled the lamps. I was in and out within 5 minutes and they even loaded the lamps for me. Will definitely use them again!
All good. Took the lamp in on Friday morning and they called me Saturday morning to tell me the job was done. The bolt/nut they used matches the lamp perfectly. The price was very reasonable, and I am completely pleased with the experience. I recommend them highly.

Let me first say that all employees I spoke with were courteous and tried to help me. I have no doubt that they knew how to fix lamps. But they were confused at times, couldn't locate my lamp, and gave me a completion date that was not even close.
