Alan and his crew do great work. I am very pleased with how my backyard/outdoor kitchen turned out. He was very helpful with design advice as well. Any time I had a question or concern he always answered the phone, and was available for me. Most importantly he didn’t try to squeeze extra money out of me and I felt like I could trust him. I would definitely use him again.

We love Alan and his crew! The work turned out awesome, and they left everything clean and tidy - once we moved back in after the remodel was complete, it was like we'd never left. It was so nice to come home to. We also have two littles, and Alan made sure that they were a priority when it came to safety. He's quick to respond and was helpful in answering any questions we had. I would recommend What's Next over and over again; we will certainly use Alan again for any future work we need done.

What's Next is the best. About an hour after I posted on Angie's List, Alan was at my home. I showed him all the work that I wanted done (it was extensive - 4 bathrooms (master - removing bathtub and installing a sauna with moving the shower to where the tub is now-so very extensive), kitchen, flooring). The next day I had an estimate. I was amazed at the estimate; Alan remembered everything that I told him about (the estimate was about 10 pages long if that gives you any idea of the amount of work I wanted done). The estimate was broken down by room and then by job such as installing tile on floor, installing tile on shower walls, removing existing plumbing, installing faucets. The kitchen/living area cabinets have been painted - would never know they used to be dark brown (now white). 3 of the bathrooms are done - they are beautiful. We are in the process of installing hardwood flooring in our upstairs - not manufactured hardwood, but actual wood being nailed down and then stained. The 4th bath is going to wait till 2021 - we need a break from the dust :-). All of What's Next workers that were at my home were very polite, extremely hardworking, on time every day (sometimes arriving before 8 AM), and very trustworthy. Alan wants his customers to be thoroughly satisfied with the work done, and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. I made a comment about needing to get the cars washed due to all the dust from cutting tile in our garage, and he offered to get them washed for me! All that being said, I would highly recommend What's Next to anyone looking to do a remodel (especially an extensive one like we had done!).

Alan and team did a fantastic job. All trades were clean and courteous. Tile team was detail oriented. Stone team was a pleasure to work with. Alan and Tracy were transparent and honest about various costs and the process before it even began. Will hire again!!!

Great! The workmen were very respectful of being in my home. They were hard working and good craftsmen. They put in hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms. Once I saw how well that went I had them redo a bathroom and my kitchen counters & sink. I love it all!

Alan and his team are always a pleasure to work with. This was the second major project Alan has done for us and we’ll be calling him for a third.

Best service ever! Quoted 3 weeks and was completed in the 3 weeks, timeline was laid out and clear Crew cleaned up the area every night, and were top notch, super nice guys. Every contractor was professional. Alan made great suggestions and sourced the materials. Love, love my bathroom. Would not change a thing.

We were forced into remodel by necessity (leaking shower pan!) and thoroughly enjoyed working with Alan and team to update our master bathroom - responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, adaptive to changes along the way, professional and courteous throughout. They've done work for us previously (closet build-out, adding French doors and transom glass) and are at the top of our list to tackle any home remodel projects.

What’s next did a great job in our home! They were quick and thorough. Allen stayed in contact with us daily and checking in on the team. We will definitely use them again for future remodel projects.

Fantastic! Alan & Tracy & their tradesmen were on time, knew exactly what they were doing -- and knew it well enough to mention concerns to me up front -- as well as polite, kind & personable at all times. I felt comfortable having them in my house as a single female, and knew at all times if something wasn't right, they would make it right. Good people w good values, to boot. I had put off remodeling for years to avoid dealing w contractors, but won't do that again bc I now know these guys. I am extraordinarily happy w the process & outcome! Alan and his team are ultimate professionals. They were timely, thorough and paid attention to the tiniest details. I plan on hiring them again as soon as they are available!

We had our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room remodeled in March. Yes, it had started right before all of the quarantine began! This is the SECOND MAJOR PROJECT that Alan has done for us (last year he did our master bathroom), and he is the one we will call, without a doubt, for our next project. But yes, this was the big one! As always, Alan was GREAT to work with. He really cares about the project and is open to lending his expertise with suggestions or feedback. I want someone who is invested in my project and cares about how the finished project will look and not just think of it as another job. The crew is amazing, and yes...they were the SAME GUYS! That shows a lot to me as a client- in addition, his team is trustworthy and hard working. In fact, we left for a few days during demolition. That is how much I trust them. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up before they left. Alan was extremely patient with me this time around. I was making changes as the project unfolded, and he was very understanding with me. I had him hang lights above my kitchen table area and then move them, had him repaint my pantry doors a different color, and the big one- I changed something with my countertops AFTER the granite had already been measured. Fortunately it all worked out. I can't recommend Alan (What's Next Remodeling) enough. They are great to work with, fairly priced, and pay extreme attention to detail. WORK DONE: removed wall paper, texturized walls, painted walls and ceilings; removed old lighting and installed new lighting, new tile floor, new granite countertops, painted cabinets, installed new farm sink, installed new vanity in bathroom, installed butcherblock countertop on island, moved cooktop, new backsplash, BUILT NEW CABINET and shelf in kitchen, installed new hardware on doors and cabinets.

Quality of workmanship was great! Projects were on-time. Great effort was taken to reduce dust/disruption. Alan is an enthusiastic perfectionist. Great to work with. Really exceeded expectations!

The team was very easy to work with. Always on time and we plan on using them again very soon for our master bathroom.

Allen was an awesome contractor! I was forced to remodel due to a leak in my shower pan and ended up having to tear out entire shower, tear out wall, paint the bedroom, tear up wood floors and redo tub. Allen helped me with all the decisions and made great choices. I even said you pick the wall color and I couldn't have done better myself. All his employees were efficient, kind and kept everything as clean as possible. I now have an awesome bathroom thanks to Allen!

We recently had What’s Next remodel our Jack and Jill bathroom. They were able to do the project right away and in only 1 week. I can’t begin to express how pleased we are with the level of workmanship and attention to detail that they provided. Alan was there to manage the project and provided valuable input.
