We recently had three bathrooms upgraded. How lucky we were to find What’s Next Remodeling. Allen and Rene were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, ethical, and very patient with me from quote to job completion. This was my first experience with a major renovation project and I was a little nervous to say the least. We selected What’s Next Remodeling from several quotes. They stood out right away because the quote was presented line by line, included averages for items we needed to purchase, was fairly priced; and they project managed the entire job. Frankly, theirs was the only quote that was straight forward, with no hidden costs. We knew we had made the right choice when they started work on the first bath. They kept the work area remarkably clean and protected our home throughout the project. The workers were always on time; professional and courteous; and the quality of work was excellent from demolition to the final touch-ups. My husband is an amputee and Allen took the time and care to work with him to understand his special requirements. He did such a good job, my husband no longer has to use his medical chair because Allen designed the shower to meet his needs. We are beyond happy with our beautiful new bathrooms. I highly recommend What’s Next Remodeling. I won’t bother getting quotes from anywhere else for future projects because I’ve found the best. This was our first time to do a bathroom remodel and we are so happy with the results! They even made sure the area they work in was tidied up at the end of each day and NEVER left any trash or demolition materials in our yard... very appreciated! Alan and his team went above and beyond with this project. The way they placed each tile on my shower was amazing. The zig zag style was something that I have never seen before. The crew was on time every day. And left at the time expected. They did not incovince us at all. They covered all around outside bathroom. Not one dust fell on our bed room. The way they cleaned after wards, it seemed like they were never there. He even fixed a small rip on my ceiling at even cost. That's what I call, gping the extra mile. After the Job was done I had many of my neighbors come by and checked it out. And they were all very impressed. One of them is actually going to use them for his bathroom remodel.

We are very pleased with the results. We were able to watch everyday as the project moved along. Our biggest concern was the cabinets and they turned perfect. Juan and his team worked on the cabinets for days getting them in the best condition possible before they painted them. The room is so nice and bright now. Alan was right on with the correct color to use. We were able to find the perfect quartz countertop and tile. Everything came together just perfectly. Unfortunately in the middle of the project we had a family emergency and had to stop for 3 days, without us asking Alan and Juan stepped up and worked late and on the weekend to get it done on time. As with any project there were a few items on the final punch list, but all were taken care with no issues. What’s Next Remodeling was able to take my dull old kitchen and make it my favorite room in the house. Thanks to Rene, Alan and to Juan’s team. We couldn’t be more pleased.

This was a lot of work involving the entire house. The crews made very good efforts to keep the disruption to a minimum and to keep dust and debris contained.
