They were prompt. Communicated with me to let me know when they would arrive. This company was the first one to contact me when I started looking for a way to dispose of two old TV's. Did not hear from 2nd company until that afternoon and have never been contacted by the 3rd company. Did not know what I was going to do with the TV's as too heavy for me to take out to curb or put in trunk of car to take somewhere even if there was an organization to take them. They really helped me out. Thought price was fair.
