+ -1 moreTheir 'repairman' showed up at almost 6pm....3 hrs late. When he arrived he was a kid, maybe 20 yrs old, driving a Camaro and had a friend with him. He took the cardboard cover off the bottom of the rear of the refrigerator and said: "The compressor is hot...probably needs freon". I said, OK...how much does that cost? His reply was $275.00. I know you can buy a can of freon with a charging hose at AutoZone for $10. so I told him we're done here and sent him on his way. I was completely unsatisfied and have zero confidence this kid had any idea what he was doing. He was unprofessional and gave absolutely no confidence that he was doing anything other than guessing about this issue. There was no callback or follow-up from the company. I do NOT recommend them at all...quite the opposite. I threw away $59.95 to have some kid come to my house and guess about my problem. Please save yourself the money and use someone else.
Description of Work: I called them to see about repairing a garage refrigerator that had suddenly stopped working. They told me the service call would be $59.95 and would go towards any repairs done. The said they would arrive between 1 and 3 PM.
