The people that we used, they are independently owned. It really depends on who is running their office. These people sold it within 48 hours. So, I tried to really give those folks a good rating on Angie's List. I did the search for it and it's called Team Rivera, Gayla and Manuel Rivera and they are not listed anywhere on the site. They are very professional. They came in and gave us advice about how to set the price and the kinds of the things to do to stage the house to get it ready for sale. The house went on the market Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we are signing contracts. You can't get any better than that and we got more than we asked for. They sold it for more than the list price. They charged me for their services for 6%. We got a second house to sell in August and we are going to use them again.
