Absolutely loved Nortex Fence! I wanted to get a patio cover and some stamped concrete in my backyard and shopped around for a while. Nortex seemed to be the best bang for the buck so I chose them. I spoke with kim who was wonderful and made me feel more confident in my choice. The work was done in a timely manner and came out excellent! I can't recommend them enough!!

I hired Nortex to replace my old fence. I bought a new cedar privacy fence. They were so nice to work with. Great customer service and my new fence is more beautiful then i imagined. I highly recommend .

We couldn’t be any happier with our new fence and covered porch patio! Nortex is a great company to work with! Our project was finished on time and we had no hassles. Actually we loved the work Johnny did he is a really hard worker and was really friendly! We will definitely use them again for any outdoor needs we have in the future!

When I was told that fence boards with insect damage were considered "normal" and wouldn't be replaced I had the feeling that things were not going to go well. The start of construction was delayed but was actually completed by the crew working over the weekend. Then the back and forth was started on exactly what problems would be corrected. For example, I was told that any fence board that was split would be replaced. So I identified 21 boards and 3 rails that had split during construction. Then I am told the split has to be more than a foot long and wider than a dime to be replaced. I point out the toe board has gaps between it and the ground and the "fix" was to kick a little dirt under the board. Basically I was told that trying to fix problems would end up looking worse than the problem so I decided to just live with them. Problem is I know where the problems are and that is what I see when I look at the fence,

I called the office in June 25th seeking to schedule an appointment for an estimate for a new fence and balcony. No one returned my phone call. Instead I received a text message a couple hours later with an appointment time on June 26th between 1 and 2. I replied that it worked for my schedule even though they didn’t bother asking....or calling. I took time out of my work schedule today, June 26th, to wait on Mike to come give me an estimate, but he never showed up. I called the office twice, but no one answered. I sent a text to the number that had sent me the text with the appointment time and no one has responded. Very unprofessional!! I just wasted an hour of my work day.

We had Nortex do an addition to the existing deck in the backyard. The square footage of the added portion is about 325 sq.ft. We choose them because of the professionalism demonstrated during the estimate process and because of other "A" reviews on Angie's List. They were very responsive with answering questions. The work was done beginning on the day they indicated, the crew was very professional and their work is top notch. The deck looks fantastic and is way better than the other portion of the deck that had been done by someone else previously. Very likely we will have them re-do that part of the deck later as well.

They tore out a 20-year old wood deck and railing and replaced it. I also added a small pergola off the back door in the same cedar. The crew worked hard all day and is very good at their attention to detail. They cleaned up each night and made sure I was happy with the work. I am very pleased with the final deck and pergola.

I called and left a detailed message twice. I waited over a week and my calls were never returned.

Slow to respond, after they finally showed up, I was promised quote would get sent over within 24 hours, never received it.. They called back a few days later saying they were going to send it, Blah blah blah.. Never received it. Wasted my time meeting with them.

Best work ever! On time, professional and exceeded my expectations.

The craftsmanship was excellent. Josh and his crew was very professional.

They were unbelievably helpful..as a single mom I had never had to deal with insurance and bids. They walked me through the entire process and made it painless. The work was great and everyone was so nice! 100% would use them again!

In my experience construction never is fun. Nortex was the exception, they completed the job faster than I had expected and it looks even better than I had imagined. I couldn't be happier!

We got multiple estimates and decided to go with Nortex because their design was the most flattering for our house and the price was very competitive. We couldn't be happier with our decision. They got to work right away and I was amazed at how quick they were done. That never happens in construction! I will use them for all my outdoor needs!

He came to my house and measured for fence installation. Promised to get back to me with an email estimate the following week. Never sent the estimate and didn't contact me back.

Everything went according to initial estimation meeting with Josh. Initial work done in timely manner. Installers cleaned up nicely. Just make sure you are home when they install the fence because the crew lead had questions pertaining to written instructions they received from the office. Came back out a few weeks after fence installation and did the fence staining. Color recommended was perfect. Their pricing wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the highest bid I received either. I now have the best looking fence on the block !

Once josh and his team started they were fast and cleaned up. They did a great job They turned our awful looking backyard to a paradise. I highly recommend Josh and his team. We love the covered porch and stamped concrete. My personal favorite is the wood retaining wall. Thanks again guys.

With a few minor fixes after initial installment, everything went well. The fixes were minor and were taken care of quickly. The bigger issue was with communications/response time. It was pretty difficult/frustrating to get responses when requesting them from the office. Several times my email requests went unanswered until a 2nd or 3rd request.

It didn't because they don't know how to communicate with their customers or potential ones!

They were prompt, responsive, professional, kept the mess to a minimum. Josh was very responsive and his team did a good job, we asked questions and got answers right away and any changes or concerns were immediately addressed during the process. They were working with a perfectionist so they did great.

They came in on time and on budget. They did just fine.

Right from the start, we were SO impressed with this company! They not only understood what we wanted, but had great suggestions and showed us examples of beautiful work they'd already done which was just what we wanted. The crews were on time and professional (and FAST). The final work was fantastic! Little touches we hadn't even thought of made the patio, the screened in porch and fence a work of art. Our backyard is now a very inviting and lovely place.

There were some weather delays, but that isn't their fault. They kept me well informed. The B rating on quality is only because it wasn't perfect the first time. I had them come out to replace one defective board and nail down 4 boards which they had neglected to nail to the bottom rail properly. They were great about it and got all the work done to my satisfaction. Kim in the office was very pleasant and professional. A pleasure to work with.
