Nortex Fence & Patio

First, from start to finish Nortex was amazing. They showed up on time daily, cleaned the job site each day as they left, kept us informed throughout the entire job. They even finished almost two days early. Will def recommend and use them in the future

Repair went great. My dogs dug under and pulled away at our chain link fence and broke a few brackets that attached to the bottom wire on the fence. It was a very quick repair for them.

Everything went very well they were on time. Very professional the work was amazing. I will hire them again

Everything went perfect according to schedule . I spoke with Kim on setting up the appointment and figuring out price range. Jose came out,completed what needed to be done with precision and in a timely manner. He was very polite a made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left. the owners were very professional. i called 3 other places an nortex was the only one that could put the fence in wirh in a week of calling. prices were very comparable to others . they did the jib quickly but efficient. i am very happy with them an will call them for other projects

Had a first meeting. Discussed job, gave him the plans.. then the “I’ll get back with you”. And that’s it. WONT answer emails WONT answer text messages WONT answer phone. So I lost my plans. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Terrible experience!!! I wish I didn't contract this company. Their workmanship is good but hire them only if you're ready to deal with terrible customer service. Owner yelled at me so many times. Very rude and unprofessional. I ended up with a crack on my window after the patio cover was installed but owner refused to take responsibility and insisted the window was cracked before they started work. Owner is not being truthful in his response to my above review. He claimed that someone from a window company had inspected my window and called me to discuss. That is so untrue. I did not get any call from anybody. I'm sure I would know if such a person called me. Prior to the commencement of the work, he had showed me how they were planning to install the wood gable on the wall with the window. I believe I would have seen the big crack on my window if it was present on that day. He also claimed that the window cracked from inside and so could not have been caused by the installation but I believe that the trauma on the wall from the install caused my window to crack. He yelled at me when I wanted him to address a construction problem which caused rain water to fall directly on my kitchen door claiming that he had told me that it would happen prior to the construction. However the area he had told me that would leak rain water was on the side of the broken window and not my kitchen door and that information was clearly written on my contract. I had to argue back and forth with him until he sent a tech out to correct the problem. He also yelled at me for running 10 minutes late for the last part of the work (electric work), due to a car issue I had. It was at that moment that I decided I had had enough and dismissed him from completing the electrical part of the work.

The fence is more than I hoped for! The patio likewise! The detail and overall aesthetics are plus plus! These were major projects and all work was top notch. The stone work is fabulous! I also had them put seamless gutters on the back, which had a minor issue and Josh (owner) was back out in no time to take care of it. I have loved their work so much, I show it off to any neighbors that come by! I will be using them again for another project coming up. Thanks Josh and Kim!

NorTex did a great job was actually less expensive than other quotes I received. They included nice touches on the fence and gates that I really like now that its completed. The work and material is top quality and craftsman / builders were very professional and got it done quickly. I worked with Mike on the estimate and I really appreciated his updates on status and following through on all phases to include the staining of the fence. It went extremely well, we are beyond pleased with the work the guys did. They were very clean and professional throughout the whole process. Time was important, and there wasn't any gaps in the schedule once the work began. The patio cover was something we have been wanting for a very long time, and they seemed to really pay attention to every cut. The structure looks so amazing tied into our house. Much more grand than we expected! With the yard completely opened up now from the drivegate being installed its like we now how a massive yard. I love this, the fence crew did a great job on this and really does careful precise work! We truly love it all so much!

I initially reviewed this company when they performed a 20x30 (big) arbor and I complained the sales folks didn't know what a corbis/knee brace was... however, after I posted the review, they were not fully (or at all) aware that I was NOT completely 100% satisfied. They immediately called me and said, 'hey, we want to make this right for you'... so I explained again what I was unhappy about and they got it and sent out a crew to change out the "stock" corbises to the ones that look way more elegant with such a huge structure. Overall, I'm impressed they wanted to make it right. This indicates the company is serious on making sure the customer is happy with the project.

Wonderfully. They had a gentlemen come to my home and very accurately quote me a price to cover my Patio. I was given many options and all prices within my budget. No pressure to exceed my budget was applied. It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

UPDATE: After conversation with the company and sales person, the company did the right thing and stepped up and fixed the miscommunication with our arbor corbels. They were simply not aware that we were not completely satisfied with the final product. This tells me that they do in fact sincerely care about the consumer/customer in making the project a success. I would hire them again! I honestly do like their product and services and look forward to the difference it will make w the correct corbels.
