Description of Work: Replaced old wooden fence with beautiful brand-new fence. Their workmanship was excellent their professionalism perfect. They cleaned up the good job site extremely well after it was done. I would recommend these people to anyone wanting a really professional job. You're pricing is slightly higher than the other two bids I go.

Description of Work: They did nothing. Never gave me a chance to hire them. No call, no email, nothing. Boo!

Description of Work: Josh presented us with several architectural options which allowed us to compare bids on an "as like" basis. Once scheduled, Martin and crew showed up early and really hustled. We had an adjustment on gable height to better match our structure, and one framing issue which was promptly addressed. There were some minor trim adjustments, which we expected on a job this size, and which were handled with no question. I did some of the nail cleanup myself, and checked the work as it progressed just as I would have with any contractor. Re-guttering was not included in the bid. We dropped the electrical sub who never showed up, but Josh immediately gave us credit for that amount in the bid and we used a local electrical contractor of our choice. | |Martin and crew knew their jobs and performed the work skillfully. I watched them work until I was satisfied they knew what they were doing, then just mostly stayed out of the way. I never once saw an "idle" helper. | |Was the work absolutely perfect ... no, we had the crew make some corrections. But the price was right and the work far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this crew. It was an excellent value.

Description of Work: We reached out to Nor-Tex to get a quote for arbor and backyard patio. Josh was very responsive and provided us with a very competitive quote for what the job requested and even offered a few recommendations to get us the value we were looking for in the project. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to put the project on hold indefinitely. Compared to the other contractors that provided bids, Nor-Tex was very competitive and the feedback I received from others that had work done by Nor-Tex, I would recommend them for your home project needs.

Description of Work: After a month and a half waiting for HOA and CITY to do their part the magic started. I would like to thank all the guys at Nortex ( Josh,John, Gabriel) they worked around my schedule and didn't complain when I was a pain in the butt. These guys really know what they are doing and the detail on the patio is outstanding. I would recommend NORTEX to anyone needing a patio. This coming summer they will be staining and repairing my fence that was put in by another company. Thanks again JOSH AND JOHN.
