Very easy to contact, speak English, and very accommodating setting up services. Although we only use the basic lawn devices on a bi-weekly basis (for a good, fair price), I would definitely consider them for any other future landscape and yard projects. I am very happy with their work so far :)

They even showed up early. They were the best group of guys. They explained everything to me. They DIDN'T try to sell me anything I didn't need. No MISC charges were added to my bill. They were quick to do there work and be on their way. They were so nice and sweet, I felt totally comfortable with them. I intend to use them for helping my with my landscaping. Were supposed to arrive 11:00 - 1:00 on Tuesday. After I called, they said they were running behind. They finally did arrive at 6:30 in the evening. They worked an hour or so, found the leak and came back in the morning to complete the job. The employees were polite and knowledgeable.

there are many choices for lawn care and we chose someone else. the current ones was able to get to our lawn faster and at that time our grass needed mowing asap

It went fairly well. I am happy with their responsiveness and working with me on the issues. But, little disappointed on overall design as I still have some grassy area in the backyard that's not covered. I had two bids and their bid was significantly higher. I went with them due to great reviews on Angie's List. Their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism are good attributes. David is very polite and does good work. They are expensive and should review the design with the owner prior to starting the work to ensure their needs and expectations are taken care of. I would recommend to put description of the project and what will be achieved at the end not just quantity of parts and labor hours needed for the project. I liked the integrity of Mark when he informed me that since I am a member of Angie's List, I am eligible for 5% discount. Also, the fact that their work comes with one year warranty. Over all, I am happy with a little disappointment in the design that leaves some uncovered area.

I purchased the deal to fix up the front yard at my mother's house in North Carrollton. Mom passed away last year and we plan to sell the house within the next year so I wanted the yard to look great. When I first called to set up an appointment, Mark said that the rain had his crews backed up until June. Mark called me Monday 5/18 and said that he had had a cancellation and asked if I wanted the work done on Wednesday 5/20. Mark sent out Jose and his 2 men crew. When the crew arrived and got instructions they got right to work. Hardest working men ever. They pulled up about 10 shrubs but two of the shrubs were along the sidewalk and had been there for about 25 years. Those were a real chore. After all the beds were cleaned out and shrubs removed, Jose began to work his magic. He made sure that each base stone around the flower beds was perfectly level so that the wall looks amazing. The men went to lunch around 1:00 and had about an hour left. Mark called me and said that they needed 1-2 hours more to do. I agreed to pay for an extra hour. This week Mark emailed me and said that he was not going to charge me for the extra hour. How often does that happen? Never! I am so pleased with the work and the price was definitely hard to beat. In a few months I will have Mark's crew out to my house to redo the front beds before we sell our house.

Fine. Paid for basic consultation and that is what he delivered. Guy was professional and informative.

Everything went very good. They cleaned up as good as they could. Did find 2 pieces of the metal border that had been removed. I understand why they hadn't been found earlier, the grass was higher and it was cloudy. All in all, they did a good job.

They aren't taking new customers at this time.

They do an excellent job and I never have to worry about payment become they bill my debit card directly. With my former lawn care service I was always worried about getting hit with super high bills. Mark is very reasonable and always asks if we are interested in the services before he preforms them.

Lawn and Landcare had given me the date and time for picking Fall foliage/ leaves from the lawn. They were there on the same day. There were running late from the previous job but they informed me of that and so there was good communication. When I returned home from work, the lawn was clean and neat. They even picked up the City of Plano newspapers, and other junk in the lawn. They left me one bag of leaves (for mulch) as requested. Prompt, Responsive and Professional.

They promised to start sevice on Wedneday March 25,2015. They missed that mark by a week, but said they would be here on April 1,2015. They missed that mark as well. I called them on April 1, but didn't recived an a phone call. I cancelled the service.

Everything was great! I would you them again.

The person assigned for irrigation check up was knowledgeable and took care of everything once I showed him the control for our sprinkler system. He tested all the zones, made sure everything looks good, and got down the watering times as I was watering more. He even gave few tips and suggestions. I am very happy with Mark's service so far.

They were pretty good. If I need something extra, I call them up and they come and do it.

The only thing I didn't like was that I did not have an idea of how much it would cost and I did not know how much time it would take. In the end the final cost was more than what I expected. But still they did a great job considering that it took a while to do the job. The way they communicate is frustrating. But I do not recall the issue.

I am very pleased with their service. What I like about them is that what they say, they do it. If they say that they would work on a certain day, they do it. If they are not going to make it, they shoot me an email. I can always count on them in billing me on a certain day and on a certain amount. Their work is wonderful.

We were very pleased with their services. They cleaned it up real good. They're very thorough. They well completed the work as requested. They were very receptive to doing it the way I wanted it done. They showed up when they said they will. They also charged what they said they're going to charge. They don't have any hidden fees or anything that they add to the bill after the fact. They'll call you back. They're very responsive. I was very impressed.

After further discussion, Mark revised his quote immediately. The family is still discussing the project. We may or may not move forward, hence the reason for landscape consultation in the first place.

Their performance is very good. I like the owner Mark. He is good to talk to and sometimes he goes out of his way to help do the services. Good good group of people to work with.

Good. Everything looked perfect. They were very professional. I wasn’t there for the installation but they provided me a whole bunch of photographs, so I saw the whole route of the French drain before and after. They documented their work very thoroughly. Of course I saw the work once it was completed but I wasn’t there when the work was performed. I don’t have any price comparison but they did a lot of work, so I would think the pricing was very good. We need to get some lawn installed in our front yard and we are going to call them to do it.

Their service turned out great. They are knowledgeable, punctual and have always been great. We have started using them for lawn service because we like them so much. They are great about calling back and helping with any problem we have.
