There work is great

I've been using their service for 12 years now. I like that they were always available, the price was fair, and they make sure the job was done right.

Chris and his team did an excellent job.

NO SHOW!!! Scheduled via email on May 14th for service on May 24th. They did not show. Contacted them. Said that we not on the books for that and they would contact me. I was texted that they could come out the following afternoon, on Saturday afternoon. I told them that I wanted them there first thing in the morning. No response back from them. I later replied back and asked when they would be there. No response. Saturday came and went. I just got a reply via email that I was rude because I wanted them there in the morning and they were not going to do business with me.

I had contacted Lakeside on 4/6 and he seemed very nice. I let him know my yard was a mess. I needed leaves cleared, bushes trimmed, beds cleaned. He told me he comes to Plano on Thursdays, he wouldn't have time until 4/12. Asked me to send my address and number and he would do my yard on that next week. I complied sending info. I texted him on 4/10 to confirm he was still coming and he didn't respond. He never replied to this date. I hope he's alright.

I described project by email on Sunday and company responded same day that these were areas they worked in. Also asked for a good time to come by. I responded early Monday morning. When I heard nothing back, on Thursday afternoon I sent email saying don't bother contacting me because of the poor follow-up. I got a prompt response blaming it on a just-resolved cell phone issue that kept him locked out of his account, and then adding that 'I will gladly remove you from the follow up list!' That response left me wondering at the coincidence of the phone just working, and why he didn't bother to use a computer to log into his account (it's his business!). That he was now ready to "gladly remove me from his follow up list", coupled with the fact he didn't bother to apologize, seemed less than convincing.

Poor quality, they didn't finished the work and They didn't do it correctly. Even leads me to hire another contractor to do it!

I called the company and Chris was really friendly. He told me he'd come to my house the next week to get a quote and setup time for work to be completed. Unfortunately, he never followed up or came out to the house.

The owner cares about the quality of work and when 1 service was not up to standard he was very responsive and took the appropriate action to ensure that it was corrected the following week.

We were so impressed that we are now using them for our weekly lawn service.

Workers arrived on time and did a very good job.

Chris was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He takes pride in his work and does a very through job. I would highly recommend his services and plan on using them again.

amazing my yard has never looked so well kept and beautiful. Lakeside Lawn Care is hands down the best amd most professional company I've ever used. I will only allow them to maintain our yard.
