They were phenomenal at the Dallas store. We did not catch the deal when it had gone away. We went in. They were very responsive about what can we do to help you. They showed her everything that they had and things they can order for her. They went the extra mile saying, hey we don't have this but you can order this. We can have it shipped to your house or however you want to do it. They were real quick to show her the features. She really did not have to ask any questions, they answered them before she had a chance to even ask them. Very knowledgeable. The delivery/installation was amazing. It was fast, efficient and quick. They took the old one away and set the new one in its place. Plugged it in and checked it and the world was good. It was very pleasant. I think the price was good.
Description of Work: We purchased a freezer.
