If a low-stress move is a thing, this was it! Everything went as the concierge presented it. The crew called when they were 15 min out and they arrived on time. Their 34’ trailer was in good shape and fully stocked with straps, blankets/pads, shrink wrap, etc. The entire crew (of three) was kind and friendly throughout the day. They are thorough and fast — truly a pro’s pro! The price point was reasonable and came in as expected. While customer service and customer experience are related, they’re not synonymous. Firehouse Movers provided both top-shelf customer service and a superior customer experience. Firehouse rocks! 😎

The move was fast, clean, and the guys were great at communicating. They took excellent care of our stuff. I couldn't be happier with the move. If/when we move again, I will definitely be using them.

The most efficient move we have ever had! We moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 3rd floor apartment. I was amazed at how strong they were, getting all our furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs. They were quick, but extremely careful with our things. All of the movers were polite, respectful and exhibited amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Phillip and his team were amazing! They were very professional but very friendly. They took great care to pad and wrap our piano to ensure it would not be damaged during transport. We have had this piano moved several times, and this was the best move ever! They moved it like it was THEIR furniture. We will definitely ask for Phillip and his team when we have to move it again! We purchased additional insurance coverage based on past move experiences, but it was not necessary this time.

Alex’s crew was amazing! My last move took more than double the time of this one. They showed the utmost professionalism and care with my things. I’m in tears they made it so easy! I can’t not recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely the best movers. They are SO fast! No elevator and they used two-wheeler to get several boxes up steps at a time ! HIGHLY recommend firehouse movers.

I highly recommend Firehouse Movers. They were on time, had amazing attitudes, very friendly and extremely hard workers. Everything went smoothly, they wrapped and protected my furniture and stayed positive especially with the extra distance they had to walk to load and unload the truck. Best moving company I’ve ever used and will refer them to anyone who I know is moving. Thank you for a great experience when moving can be so stressful.

Pros: - 2 of the crewman I worked with were extremely professional and kind. - Even with filling up a 36 foot truck, they worked much faster than I expected. - I had everything from custom art/glass, to electronics, and gym equipment and everything was transferred safely. Watching them maneuver sharp corners definitely showed that the entire crew was experienced and handled everything with care. - Final total was less than I expected and less than I was quoted, which made it easier on my pocketbook. Cons: - I only had 1 problem with the 3rd crewman that I won't go into detail here. I was able to communicate it with the company and they handled it IMMEDIATELY. Their response to the situation is why I am still giving 5 stars and appreciate how much they care for their business and clients. BIG shout out to Chris and Nathan. They were so professional, and kind. I appreciate that they were able to keep up such precise extensive labor (especially since I was their last job of the day) but STILL managed to be very personable and offer great customer service. I would use this company again and will be recommending them to others in the future.

Wow! Just finished up my move and couldn’t get on Google fast enough. Talk about professionalism and genuine care! Diego was the main guy I talked to and he was extremely communicative before arriving and had a great attitude. Got to the first stop with his moving buddies, one of which was also world class, Jose! They handled all of my things with the greatest level of care and remained professional the entire time. They hustled too, I could tell they weren’t here to take their time and milk me of my money! I always appreciate that in a mover! The final destination was an hour away and they got here super quick. They then had to truck up stairs with my things and it didn’t slow them down. Again, Diego and Jose, if you can request them when scheduling your move, do it! This pair was no joke! Again, they did have another mover with them, and he was a nice guy, but not the hustler they were, and made several pit stops during the process. I will only ever use Firehouse movers if the experience is this way each time. Thank you guys!

The move went awesome. Firehouse Movers are fantastic! Have used them before. Always on time and fast. Have everything ready. They wrap everything for you, have plenty of movers, are very courteous, double check everything, keep it moving. We have used them now 3 times. Very consistent. We had to book them last minute after our usual mover would not move 3rd floor with no elevator. This was not an obstacle for Firehouse Movers. We had Steven, Pavel, and Terrance. These three guys were nothing less than GREAT. They were polite, gracious, fun, prompt, hard working and extremely professional. They all get 5 stars. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone in need of a move and not have to worry about the quality of the movers and their equipment. 100% SATISFIED!

This has been the third time Firehouse Movers has moved in in the DFW area; each time the employees have been terrific. Miss Liz handled all the preliminaries with confidence and a reassuring voice, and the three man crew were timely, efficient, clean and hard-working on both the packing as well as moving the following day. It never bothers me to pay for honorable "services rendered", and it was this way again. I am grateful for the efforts shown to me by all the employees, and somehow a "thank you" seems inadequate for all the good work performed in my behalf.
