I did not give them the privilege of coming to fix my simple stopped up sink when they informed me they had a $67 "trip fee".

It went well. They contacted me the day before to get information on the existing water heater so they could arrive with all necessary parts at which time they would provide a quote and I could agree to move forward. They called me when on the way. I had multiple services being done at the same time. They were accommodating of the HVAC and garage door work that was already under way. When they arrived, I showed them what i wanted to done and they provided an estimate. Once I agreed they got right to work. Two of them continued to work while the third went to get a few more items. Once all work was done, they tested everything and cleaned the areas they were working in. I was happy with the work and how responsive they were to get the work done on my schedule.

These guys are really good, super easy to work with, they know their stuff, and the prices are completely fair. I didn't find them on Angies. I was desperate one night to get the sewer line unclogged and after calling several "24 hour" plumbers who all said they couldn't come out until the next day, these guys showed up at 9:00 pm and fixed the issue in about 30 min. And the fee for that was extremely fair considering it was after hours. The gas line was the expensive project but that needed to be done. They are now my plumbers of choice I recommend you do the same.

Excellent service

Nothing breaks at a convenient time?. Home?s main toilet start to overflow (unusually) at night; we wanted evening service if possible. It?s an old house! And of course this happened during the end-of-year holiday week. Our current plumber - who is great - had all available staff busy on an overnight service call. So I checked around Angie?s List for a good alternative. (Then I crosschecked with the BBB, and the status of the owner?s state plumbing license. Even in a hurry, need to be thorough!) I phoned "Enco Plumbing" after 9 PM on a Tuesday (again, this is during the holiday season). Dispatcher told me they had staff available for our area and they?d get back to me. Chris called back a bit later and said the plumbers were all still busy, but that if none could get to us within an hour he would come himself. Sure enough, on time, about 11 PM, Chris himself showed up at the door. He was very courteous. And without being asked he took off his boots before entering. He quickly checked the bathroom?s sink and tub drainage and discussed possible causes for a backup. Once he determined the problem he quickly fixed it. Whole thing took less than 15 minutes. He answered some questions and made suggestions. Brief and to the point. No pressure! Just very helpful. Like that wasn't enough, due to the wait (and without negotiating) his manager had already agreed to a MORE than fair price for the whole service call. The cost of service was much lower than what I ESTIMATED AND SHOWED ABOVE as the typical rate, which includes a flat after-hours "emergency call" fee. I do not want to show the REAL amount above as I felt the charge reduction was overly generous of them (even considering it turned out the job consumed little time), but I do want to give an idea of the scope of services for this review. Presumably, if you schedule them late at night for a toilet overflow or small repair, it will cost a reasonable amount. AND the plumber would not accept even a small cash gratuity. It?s worth adding that I was exhausted that night; just got back in town, worked all day and was still unpacking. We had had company at the house and I was concerned something unusual might have damaged the plumbing. Honestly, I was steeling myself to be OVER-billed for an emergency call like this, and maybe pushed for unnecessary additional work on the spot. You never know WHAT to expect with a new provider, especially outside normal business hours. I almost didn't know what to do with myself - or my wallet - when it all went so smoothly! Happily, I?ll HIGHLY recommend "Enco Plumbing" to anyone! We plan to use them again. Need a good residential plumber in greater DFW, during the day or at any hour? Call "Enco"!

The work was well done. They got started quickly locating the leaks and beginning repairs. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Everything went as planned until their camera failed. There was not another camera available, Even though they agreed to buy a second camera and have it flown in, it cost over a week of downtime that was unnecessary. While they were waiting on the replacement camera they went to another job, leaving us unable to use our master bath and master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable and unnecessary in our opinion. From a customer service point of view, when the new camera came in, top priority should have been given to finishing the work they had already started -- ours. This was not done.

They were late and their prices were very high! They didn't have what they needed when they came. They charged me for two plumbers to do a very simple job.

After having another plumber do an in house plumbing inspection, I called Eric from Denco Plumbing to give me a 2nd estimate on replacing my hot water heater and fixing my downstairs toilet(it's never quite fit securely to the floor). I had heard about him from a neighbor who had had him replace a hot water heater. I called and left him a message and he called me back the same day. We scheduled an appointment and he came out and gave me an estimate to 1.) replace hot water heater and 2.) fix toilet. 2 days later he came out and did the work in approximately 3.5 hours.

They are great and do a wonderful job.

We had an issue with a leaky pipe in the master bathroom and could not find the source. My husband tried everything a non plumber, fix it hubby can do and still could not find the source. Called Enco on Tuesday and was asked if I thought it was an emergency. Told him that it didn't leak all the time and that I had to get it done before the end of the month as we were going to closing and wanted to be sure everything was in tip top shape before the closing. He asked if Friday would be acceptable and I did. Rick advised that we would get a call before anyone came out. I got the call with an hour window so that I could get back to the house in time to receive the plumber. Jerry knocked on my door at about the 50 min mark and got to work. He couldn't find the source either and since I knew there was a problem, he then suggested that the only possible way of knowing is to pull everything out and reinstall. I'm glad that was the suggestion. He found a 'broken slip joint washer at the p-trap'. We would have never found the problem and glad that Jerry came out to take a look.
