+ -1 moreJames went above and beyond and looked over the entire house to make sure that we didn't have any other type of infestations like termites, etc. He also explained how we needed to trim some of our landscaping to keep "critters" off the room or a possibility of gaining access to the attic. I really appreciated all the time that he spent explaining everything to me. I definitely will call him again if the need arises.
Description of Work: We called for the possibility of mice or a rat in the garage. He believed that we did have a rat and showed me where he thought they were getting in. He placed bait that he thought would kill them and told me exactly how it would work.
