They installed 3 new air conditioning systems for us about a year ago, and they come every 6 months to check on the system for Freon and system maintenance, they're very professional, very affordable and their quote was great, they told us that we could call anytime if there would be some issues on the system, we did had an issue once, and it was on a weekend, and its true enough, they send someone on a Sunday night with no extra charge and checked on the air conditioning, and the good thing was it was just a minor issue on the unit and they fixed it right away, and they have a great customer service.

AC stopped working twice this week. First time I reached out to Colony after hours and they called me back within an hour. They were able to suggest a possible problem over the phone ( drain clogged ) and that was correct. I was able to blow it out. Next day AC stopped working again, just hum on outside unit. Called answering service at 10pm, was able to get 24 hour emergency service, they came at 11:45pm and had it working within 10 minutes ( capacitor ). Had Carrier installed by them 2 years ago. Not so sure about Carrier but Colony has been great to work with.

Very well. Initial assessment by Joshua was thorough and honest (no up-sell). The ensuing sales process with Joshua was professional (no pressure). I solicited three bids and decided on Colony based on competitive price and positive experience with Joshua. The installation was completed in a day and the crew was efficient, courteous, professional and clean. They took the time to explain what they had done and how to operate the new system. Came back out a few days later to double check their work to ensure it was operating properly/efficiently.

Excellent. Cost of services included a heater inspection come winter as well. Technician was very thorough and upgraded parts with no additional cost.

I think the price is good. I'd give them all "A's" except a "B" for price. I would use them again.

We have an service agreement with them, but this entailed some extra cost. I think they are good.

They've really just done maintenance. We have a annual service with them which is $135 for twice a year for them to come out spring and fall. It was $220 for the repair cost. They're about like anybody else around here on price. They've been very good to us. They came out right away. They are always on time. He took me around and showed me what was going on. He explained what that part did which I didn't even know was there. He asked what I wanted to do about it and gave me advice. They have been very easy to work with. They have this annual maintenance fee so you don't have to pay them every time they come out. He was probably here for 3 hours.

We've been using them for about 4 years. It was covered in the annual fee. They just always on time and do a good job. They are very friendly technicians. They've kept my air conditioning and heating running very well.

October and April is usually when they come. All of the workers have been very professional and seem competent. They are very careful on making sure they wear the little booties when they're inside the house so they don't get anything dirty and that kind of thing.

I keep going back because of convenience and they've done a good job for us all along. They will show up when you need them.

the agent took his time and did a great job explaining the process and told me what was needed if I so choose to have it done. Frank did not high-pressure sell me or try and make believe it needed it done now just pointed out a few things and let me make my own decision. the cost was 89.95 which is a normal service charge but I opted to purchase a winter check for a discounted price. I will use them for all my work in the future.

I have been doing business with them for 20 something years and they’re wonderful. As a matter of fact, I’m waiting for them right now. I have a service contract with them and they come out twice a year to check the system when it gets cold and then again in the summer.

I can't believe I never left this review! Last summer my AC went out and I became something of an expert on air conditioning repair/replacement companies. After more than 8 bids on system replacement, I went with Colony Heat and Air for my full system replacement. Their representative, Paul, was thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain my options and their benefits/drawbacks. He gave me several different estimates on different SEER rating systems I could choose. I expressed some interest in moving my system from indoor to the attic space, and he crawled around up there to measure and provide estimates. In the end, I chose to go with a heat pump option, and Paul and several others came to install it. The installation was quick and painless. They were extremely respectful of my time and my home - wearing booties inside so as not to track in any mess, cleaning everything up in the yard, etc. The gentlemen who replaced the system were all polite and hard working. Interacting with Logan in the office on the paperwork was smooth and supported. They even contacted me a month later to make sure I had remembered to send in the warranty card for the unit! Overall, this was a big investment for me, and one that had to happen in a time crunch thanks to Texas summer temperatures! Colony Air Conditioning and Heating worked overtime to make sure I had the best price, the best fit for my home, and the best experience. A year later my AC is a dream, has saved me a TON of money, and I will definitely call Colony for all of my AC needs moving forward!

Definitely stand by their work. There were a couple of issues that were related to installation. They came back out and fixed them at no charge and at our convenience. They stand by what they do.

Fantastic! Andrew was great courteous and knowledgeable. They were all done cleaned up and out by 4pm. These are the type of contractors you want working in your house. Any question I had he the answer and was willing to educate me on what I didn't know.

Frank arrived exactly when he said he would. Since he was checking A/C, he went about his maintenance checks. He found no problems - everything was in great shape.
