We honored the quote given to you of $230 to come out and repair your broken drain lines under your kitchen sink. We also include tax on the services we rendered to you. The tax was $19 on top of the $230 that was quoted to you. How ever if the cost was $250 we would of had to include tax on top of $250. After calling other local plumbers and friends & neighbors recommendations, finding a plumber in a hurry was tough with so many broken pipes in the DFW area this week. Cole's was able to get to me today and got the job done quickly and completely.
Description of Work: This morning a large leak appeared and expanded on the floor around the guest bathroom toilet. it wasn't coming from the bowl or the tank but somewhere below the fixture. Chad was able to get to my house within two hours and find the hole in the flex line from the wall to the closing valve. It was fixed and he even mopped & cleaned the floor after he was through.

They did a great job on this repair, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Description of Work: During the cold weather on February 16, a water line in our garage wall going to an exterior water faucet burst. Had to shutdown the water to our house Tuesday night. I called Cole's Plumbing Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM, and they were able to come out around noon that same day to repair the leak. They found the copper line had burst in the wall, and they spliced a new piece in to replace a section they removed. This was very fast turnaround since some plumbing companies had tole me it would be 1 - 2 week before they could get me on their schedule. Cole's Plumbing did very good work, and I really appreciate them getting this repaired for us so quickly.

I reached out to Cole’s Plumbing after hours on a Tuesday about a broken outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced. They immediately called me back and set up a time to come out to the house the very next morning. They were on-time exactly when they said they would be there and immediately got to work replacing the outdoor faucet and plumbing. They explained exactly what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it, and I could tell they are very knowledgeable. All the work performed was top-notch. I’d gladly rehire them again and will recommend to them everyone!
