+ -1 moreIt went very well. He diagnosed the problems right away. He was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He took about 1.5 hours which I thought was great. I had to buy 2 new caps for the cleanout pipes as the original ones were rusted and could not be put back on. He told me where I could get them and I did. My daughter's boyfriend put them on without any problems.
Description of Work: The diverter behind the shower knob had to be replaced as well as snaking out the sewer line.

+ -1 moreWe phoned Jimmy Friday evening. Thankfully he was willing to work on Saturday. He arrived punctually at 8:30 a.m. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. While he was here he also took care of several smaller plumbing concerns. He knows his business, and he explained to us what he was doing and why. He is a pleasant and professional person.
Description of Work: We had an increasingly serious water leak soaking through the garage ceiling.

+ 1 moreI was referred to Mr. Sanchez by a neighbor who said that he does the plumbing work for her church and was highly recommended. I called him and got an appointment fairly quickly as I was ready to fix the shower leak. I was quoted $256 from another plumbing company who said I had to rebuild the handle faucet! Mr. Sanchez knew right away what the problem was (the cartridge) and he left to pick up the part at a plumbing supply store. Since it was normally a part that he keeps on his truck, he didn't charge any time against me. With the extra time, he also made another shower handle easier to push off/pull on, and cleaned out another drain. The total was for just one hour and the part (cartridge). He also gave me some recommendations on o installing a water softener system, replacing the water heater, and pricing for other work I'll have done in the future. He let me know if he recommended that he do the work or somebody else. He's VERY honest and I highly recommend him to anybody in the Dallas area!
Description of Work: Repaired faucet leak and cleaned drain and also explained options and gave recommendations for future work I may have done.
