Buddy's Plumbing is no longer in business. It was bought out by Texas City Plumbing. I called and had a appointment but they never showed up. I didn't know they weren't Buddy's any longer and found out later from a neighbor that Buddy's was no longer in business.

I am on a first name basis with Axel from Buddies Plumbing. Axel has taken care of our homes for the last 6 years and I wonder what we ever did without him. Always honest, knowledgable, easy to get hold of, responsive, prompt and the work is always perfect.

They were really good. We bought the sink so it’s just labor. He came out right away and talked to us. We would recommend them to friends and family. Somebody from our church recommended them. Their price is okay. It’s our first time to use them. They were recommended to us because they were reliable people. They got back with us and after they fixed it, they got back with us again and made sure that everything was okay.

It was outstanding. I had a plumbing leak that none of the usual plumbers in the area would handle. They were reasonable and competent. They cleaned up. I was impressed with them. With regard to responsiveness, it was one of those times where everyone was busy. With regard to punctuality, they showed up when they said they would. I went through Angie's List and couldn't find any plumbers that would do the job in the area. I ended up with the phonebook and came up with Buddy's Plumbing.

They did an excellent job. I would say that they're not the most reasonably priced but not extremely over priced but you get what you pay for. What I like about his crew was that they know everybody here and don't want to do a bad job. Like I said, their price was not on the lower end but it's not extremely expensive and they never do a bad job or sloppy job, and all of their 8 plumbers are better. I use them on my business occasionally and in my home. They are very good.

They've been out here 2 or 3 times and they did a really good job. This guy Buddy and his sons are around the place. That was one of his boys, I'm pretty sure. They did really good work and they were conscientious. They were right on it and they didn't mess around me. The way prices are now these days, they start at $100. He did all of that for $80 and gave me a plunger to fix it. He was on time and he came right out.

Located water leak after receiving monthly water bill (3x higher than normal). Attempted to repair on my own since professional repair not available for 3 days. Made temporary repairs with hose and clamps after cutting damaged section. Buddy's Plumbing arrived when promised. showed me that the leaking valves. They had all necessary supplies in the truck, made the repairs and cleaned the area. THey were neat, courteous and professional. Will use their services in the future. .

My kitchen disposal started leaking and I purchased a new, identical model with the intention of installing it myself. After looking at the instructions, I decided to use a plumber. I called Buddy's because they came highly recommended by two of my neighbors. I called in the early afternoon. Much to my surprise, because they just finished another job early, they were able to come over immediately. They did the work quickly and cleaned up the mess. They showed me that the new unit was working. They did a great job. The price was fair. I would certainly call Buddy's again next time I need a plumber.

Excellent service

Repair required a return to the shop for an appropriate part, but everything was taken care of that morning. I was very satisfied with the representatives, the repair, and the quality of service. They seem to have taken care of the problem--I've seen no indication of a leak since the repair was completed.

Axel gave me the original estimate in the summer and advised me to wait until the ground was softer if the line was not posing an immediate problem. I took his advice and that helped save money.Axel called me the day the day before and the morning of the job to let me know the time they would be out to do the job. Axel and his assistants were nice and professional. They cleaned everything up and packed the dirt down. I am very pleased with the service.

We just bought this house and it had been empty for a while so we had to have the gas lines inspected. We found Buddy's plumbing on Angie's list and in fact this was the reason we joined Angie's List in the first place. We couldn't find any residential plumbers close by, The guys came in and started the inspection and found a couple leaks. They repaired them and came back the next day to check them. They ran another test to make sure all was well. They also capped off gas lines for us and cleaned the connections to the water heater. We were thinking we needed a new heater but they advised that the one we had was working fine so they were very honest. I also had some issues with the toilets backing up and drains not draining so they went in and cleaned out the pipes and I have not had any problems since. They were very nice, cleaned up after themselves and the price was very reasonable. After the work was done Buddy himself came by to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions. Incredible service. In my cell under 'plumber' I stored Buddy's plumbing! Highly recommended!

I will refer them to anybody because they are so good. I called them and they joined me on the spot. They billed me. They did not collect right then. I don't have to be there, they just know what they need to do to take care of it. They are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anybody. Anything they have done for me has been perfect. They had two men out there. They spent an hour and half each out there. The price was reasonable for what they did. They put labor, parts and everything in the cost. Their responsiveness was superb.

I had scheduled a cabinet man to come to a house I recently purchased on a Saturday to put in new cabinets on a sunporch. There was a hose bib with water service still going to it, which would have been in the way of the new cabinets. I called Buddy's plumbing and they squeezed me on the Friday before the cabinet maker was to come. The service man removed the water valve and welded on a copper cap. He was done in about half an hour. I have used this company several times in the past and they are very knowledgeable and go about their work professionally. What I really like is that they will advise me about whether or not I should/should not do something. I definitely recommend them.

They are family owned, Their prices are very reasonable. They are very easy going. They are always honest, professional, prompt, and very personable.

They do outstanding work. They don't waste time. It's not the cheapest I have ever found but they do good work. They are fast, efficient, professional, and they really know what they are doing. They have a reasonable price, you get what you pay for. These people are good.

I was happy I called Buddy s. My neighbor had referred them to me. Whenever they came, the timing was perfect. They were very well prepared and ready to work. They were very nice people. They explained to me where the problem was accruing. I thought they were very professional. Everything about them was great. I am especially happy that they did exactly what I hired them to do. They did not get into other things, trying to make matters worse.

The first time that I hired Buddy's Plumbing, everything went accordingly. The 2 people who came were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up after their selves. They took everything with them. Since they did such a great job, I called them back to re-light the tank. This time they weren t so nice. I feel that I got charged too much money for what they did. 200 dollars to relight a hot water tank is just crazy. I ll never call them again!
