TWITTY NURSERY INC

I bought 3 different types of shrubs and I started to have problems with only 1 of them. Contacted the owner to address this situation and she displayed poor poor customer service. She even mocked me when i told her i paid a lot of money for these shrubs. She did not try to resolve the issue, she only blamed me and the soil as for the reason why this happened. As for the other shrubs that had been planted in the same soil, same area, and the same time, their are growing just fine and with no issues. I believe the owner should have showed some type of responsibility and offered some help on resolving the issue, maybe offer to replace them or even give me a discounted rate on my next purchase. By doing that she would have been doing good business and would have had a returning customer. But i guess I did not spend enough money for her. I had plans to purchase more from this business if she had helped me. I will not recommend this company to anyone, in fact after telling my story to people, they have already decided not to use them for their upcoming purchases.
