+ -1 moreEarly in 2011 we purchased a 2010 model travel trailer from this provider. It was sold to us as "Used". However, it appeared to have been used maybe one time. So far we have encountered these problems: Water leaks Propane gas alarm malfunction Problems with flexible propane lines that connect the tanks Shady Pines promptly took care of all these without question and at no charge. The major problem we had was failure of the air conditioner. It turned out that the unit was still under manufacturer's warranty, so, they were able to replace it at no cost to us. The Shady Pines sales staff are professional and pleasant to do business with. The service technicians appeared to be very competent and were always helpful. Very satisfied with this provider.
