Charles McMillan made a big mess of my yard falling trees on top of other trees. It was supposed to be $1800 for his service, but the estimate on repairing the damage caused was over $6k. I ended up not paying him at all and have still yet to get an estimate on a pecan tree. He half way killed a pecan tree by knocking off half the limbs. I think it may die as bad as it looks. He came and screamed at me trying to get me to pay before even finishing the job threatening to drop trees on my house if I didn't. He did made a terrible mess transporting logs off my land at my home. I got a criminal no trespass restraining order and he came back anyway, drove up into my yard on his four wheeler with his two young kids uninvited pointing his finger on his hand like a gun and threatening me saying he will get even with me. He was hollering, "Bang, bang, bang!" like he was pulling the trigger.

Work was very professional, fence was properly re-installed, stump was ground to the ground. He was on time with appointments and work completion, and estimate and price was the lowest I found. Overall a very professional job!!! Highly recommended!

Could have been better

Charlie arrived on time to look at the tree and give me a price. I thought the price was very reasonable being that he and his associate was going to have to climb the tree to cut each limb and then lower the limbs with ropes. The tree was located between my house and the swimming pool, so there was no room for error when taking each limb out. They did a very prefessional job, no damage to anything. They hand carried all the limbs out of my yard, and cleaned up the area. I was completely satisfied.
