The repair man Shane arrived a little after 4:00 P.M. on Friday June 30th said he was the D.M. I was told that I had a leak but didn't show me the amount of refrigerant in the system before filling. Didn't do a leak test and didn't show me the starting weight of the refrigerant canister when starting the filling and didn't show me the weight of the refrigerant canister after filling. The whole time was telling me that I needed to buy a 8-10 thousand dollar system. Was told that he gave me more refrigerant than he billed me for. Suspicious. Was told that he added 5 lb of R-22 equivalent but again didn't show me anything. He said the whole system need to be changed.He didn't find any oil on the outside unit or use a leak detector once, and then charged me $587 and said that if they changed the whole system for 8-10K he would take off the $587. The refilling did almost nothing for the cooling and have been using a single window unit for a 2K ft house. I won't be using them again.

Warren and his team arrived on time and completed the job promptly, courteously and very professionally. I would be happy to use Goff Heating and A/C again and to recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a Freon leak in an awkward area on the outside unit. Their assessment was it was unrepairable by soldering, so I was limited to replacing the entire outside unit; which would cost me hundreds of dollars. I didn't like my option so I called another company that was confident enough to solder the piping and fixed the leak.

They were terrible. They were just unprofessional. Their work is below acceptable.

I bought an outdoor unit and later bought an indoor unit, and they were able to put in on under our warranty They guys were really nice. They were punctual.
