 + -1 moreRyan was very honest and did not try to gouge me for thousands of dollars. He fixed what needs to be fixed, no more, no less. He also did a quality job.
Description of Work: We made the appointment by phone and confirmed by text. He arrived on time. My air conditioner pan was leaking water because it was installed without leveling by someone else. The new pan was cheap and started to rust already. I called a second company to fix it. They leveled the pan but did not want to paint the pan to prevent it from rusting through. They wanted to replace it for $500 & the coil for $1700 or replace the entire system for $7500-15,000. I did not want to replace the pan because it was new. Furthermore, I did not have the money to replace the system. So, I called a third a/c company, Ryan heating & air. He was very personable, explained everything patiently, did a great job, and charged reasonable fees.
