The job went extremely well, they showed up on time on a Tuesday, had all of the old sidewalk out and removed by the end of the day. They also had their forms down and the rebar in place at the end of the day. After city inspection on Wednesday, they showed up Thursday morning when they said they would, and had the pour complete, the forms pulled and the front yard cleaned up, before they left the job site. I would highly recommended they and will use them again if needed.

Very responsive and easy to work with schedule. Showed up on time and met all expectations of the work that was negotiated. Ended up expanding the scope of what I originally wanted done and everything was seamless.

We called Mike and he was very quick to come out and give us an estimate. He was very reasonable. I have never dealt with a company that is so punctual!! When they say they will be there at 7:00, they are there at 7:00. Very impressive!! Only thing I wish I had noticed was the coupon for 10% off of $4000.00 job or higher.

Overall, I had a great experience using Lightning Concrete. Chris showed up on time to give me a quote on our project, and after looking around and talking with me, he gave me a quote a few minutes later. He gave me a good price, and suggested we do 5" of concrete instead of 4" that other contractors had suggested. He also said he could do it in a day, when others had said it would take two. So we shook hands and had a deal. On the day of the job, Chris and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They worked hard and fast all day and did an excellent job. Chris was even able to accommodate our last minute changes! I would hire them again without hesitation.

We bought a neglected, 40-year old house late last year, so we've used a lot of various services/contractors. Most have been ok at best. However, Mike Cole and his crew get an A+ in my book. He came out on time for my estimate, answered all my questions, and gave me a competitive bid for a concrete hot tub pad. Then, his crew came out on time, did the work as expected, cleaned up their mess, and left our yard as they found it. Sounds simple, but they folks have been one of the few companies to simply do as they say they are going to do. We will definitely be using them again for our next project (hopefully a 30x40 garage pad).
