Consider It Clean

I phoned this company on a normal business day and left a voice mail message. My message included my contact information - clearly. The call was never returned.

She cancelled on Friday and rescheduled for early this morning. I got up and got some things done before she came, and not only did she not show, she never called to cancel, nor responded to my emails and texts, asking that she let me know something. Not a word. My experience with housecleaners on Angie's List has been a joke. The first lady was a nightmare and didn't do anything but vaccum, and got paid for in-depth cleaning. Horrible, but that's a whole other review. I think I may be done with Angie's List on trying to find anybody to clean house. Very disappointing.

I got a prompt email back when I first contacted Consider It Clean. Gina, the owner, came over, gave me an estimate and was was able to fit me in her schedule. We discussed the types of cleaning products I preferred and my expectaions. The team showed up on time looking clean and professional. They provided their own supplies and vacuum cleaner. They spent a full 2 hours cleaning. I did a walk through before they left. After they left I did a more thourough inspection and was impressed that I couldn't find any dust or streaks or dirty corners. After 2 years of looking for a good house cleaner It was nice to find someone that paid such attention to detail. Consider It Clean has already schduled a time to do a deep clean of the rest of my house. I will be a regular customer.
